The roots of these trees keep away rats and thereby snakes in farm. Rats can smell this tree from afar and dare not go near it. It's roots are also used as natural rodenticide

I am from india you can use west decomposer bio culture for leach out minerals from tree leaves
In this culture it provides psb, ksb, rizobiyam sudomonas, ajectobecter, acitobecter and many bectiriya.
This can be good for farming
