Film looks oddly dated and unflattering. Involuntarily so. Not a single insight into what her specific talent is or into what her inspirations and foundations are.
And not a single black person throughout the whole thing which seems weird today.
She represents a time when one’s social background mixed with one’s ability to do coke non stop was the most important skill to have. Not talking about her personally but her era. She’s a beautiful woman but not particularly elegant to be such a fashion icon but she represents something that only an American like Tom Ford could mistaken for typical French elegance. She’s a non stop body in motion though no doubt about that. And her kids are gorgeous. I still wonder what made her so famous and successful after watching this rather shallow display of beautiful people. To top it all she’s friends with Harry Weinstein and bashes Dalida? Give us another film Mrs Roitfeld and cancel this one.
She's using that French accent so blatantly to the point where it has a reverse effect. Today it's sexy to try and hide it but fail *slightly*.
And so many people saying such wonderful things about her. That's ok and all but when it's the world of fashion, it's so outdated and incredibly fucking repetitive.
This chick could use a time machine since she's clearly outdated.
You are doing clothes. ALO!! It's clothes. You are not rocket launching into deep space. Dont take yourself soo seriously. You are not that cool.
