Atp cup title for Canada really pushed FAA. After that, he won first single title in Rotterdam which boosted his confidence in playing the final. And then at the end of the year he had 3 consecutive titles in indoor hard courts and finished the season inside top 8. That is just amazing. Just hope he can do better next year
Although I've been a tennis fan for quite some time, this year was the first time I was able to follow all the ATP matches in the calendar. Thanks for this video! I can't wait to see who will dominate or climb the ranks next year.
Rafa brilliance @ the beginning and novak dominance @ the end. Alcaraz the break out ⭐ of the year showing his talent and prowess. FAA, Ruud,Rublev, Fritz along with tsitsipas ( even though he lost many finals) done pretty good. Can't wait to watch who will dominate the tour next year.
This year, every Championship point of Alcaraz should have been pointed out. Who would have thought in January this year a still 18 year old would have gone from No.31 to No.1?
IMO tsitsipas-djokovic paris should have been in the top 5 matches of the indoor hard court season video. Also, Nishioka vs Shapovalov was very high quality - the tournament itself and the matches were very underrated.
@@orchidpanda2253 It's still weird to think that if those matches went even slightly differently, Medvedev could've very easily been 3-0. Couldn't close it out though
There are So many clay court tournaments that don’t lead up to the French. Clay court tournaments before Indian Wells and even AFTER Wimbledon. But the grass court season is basically 4 weeks tops. It will never make sense to me. But congrats to those winners!
definitely agree that there should be more grass, but it is because grass is hardest to maintain and most expensive (also weather issues can mess with grass)
@@virat5828 It's one of the two to get a Grand Slam title, besides Alcaraz. He got it first than Carlos and was impacted by Wimbledon points being voided.

Awesome video!!! The only bad thing was watching Felix aa, De Minaur, Nikkiryous winning tournaments. I can't stand the WAY felix grunts (intentionally to distract others), De Minaur makes noises with his feet when the other player is serving and Nikkiryous is a rat and she should be playing whatever "sport" there is where spitting is what wins points. Congrats to the rest (I hope Pablo Busta, Zverev, Fokina, Shwarztsman, Tsitsipas, Berrettini, Tiafoe, Medvedev all win tournaments no matter the level but preferably 500 plus in 2023), and I hope my favorites have an amazing 2023.
Damn Berettini was so good on grass this season
Him catching covid and not playing at Wimbledon was one of the biggest upsets of the year
Yeah, incredible win by COVID there, knocking out a top 10 player!!!!
@@jayzerbeam9733 lol I love this comment:)
Yes, been waiting for this! My favorite video each year from Tennis TV!
Same
let's you recap the year from beginning to end and the memories(events) associated with it
Rublev bageling Djokovic by hitting a return winner in front of Djoko's home crowd in Serbia was one of the hardest match points this year.
So fucking hype

Winning two 250s in a row = dominance

Bernard Tomic will dominate in 2023.

This is gonna be the video to watch tonight😎 Thank you for the upload as usual great videos
yippee
There were a lot of unexpected winners this year
Lol
Waiting all year for this. Great video!
I’ve been looking forward to this since the end of the season!
Thanks for everything Tennis TV
alcaraz had an INSANE year holy
Keep rolling 🇯🇵 ninja warrior keep rolling!!! Vamos warrior & Cheers to the rising sun!!! 🐐🇯🇵🥷
Grade: A+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Whether you like Nadal or not, he can hit great reel shots.
Yes and boiled water is hot
Thank you all guys for fun!!
When I see this, i really think that Coric's Master 1000 title comes from nowhere ! One of the most unexpected title of the year honestly.
No doubt the most random and unexpected one, beating Stefanos in a 1000 tourney. And also considering Borna’s been pretty awful since then
Come on Alcaraz, i wish you to win thé Australien open !
FEDAL 💎 Forever!!! 🎾🎾🎾
These videos are my personal favourite every year
Reilly Opelka is the King of Texas
0:30 Monfils returned back to back deep corner shots and won the point

I want to see the highlights of Cressy. His play style is rare.

@@MistahhMingus Ok, but hold back the tears now, nadalito...
That final trophy lift of the video was particularly satisfying!
Can a coach tell me what improvements my serve needs
Fritz’s IW win over Nadal was huge. Reminds me of what Ljubicic did in 2010 in route to winning it all.
Novak is always so gracious at the net when he loses… A mark of true sportsmanship!
Longest rally of every atp tournament in 2022 would be nice
I would also find a weirdest or most unique point of every ATP tournament a cool watch, not to give the Tennis TV guys too much work lol
Ruud the 250 merchant strikes again
Really hoping Karatsev regains his form and confidence, he seems to have massively lost his way recently. His 2021 form was unplayable at times
Dream 😂
Ah he just picked and choose what sets to win and what sets to throw for the $$
Wasn’t he accused of match fixing this year?
@@joosiej85 Yes but not sure any proof is there. He vehemently denies it.
