#vasiliylomachenko a three-weight world champion, will make his triumphant New York City return in the 12-round main event Saturday, October 29 against undefeated contender Jamaine “The Technician” Ortiz at Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden.
The 10-round featherweight co-feature sees two-time Cuban Olympic gold medalist Robeisy “El Tren” Ramirez.
U.S. Olympic silver medalist Richard Torrez Jr. (3-0, 3 KOs), who is coming off a 44-second knockout over Marco Antonio Canedo in August, looks to make it 4-0 in a six-round heavyweight special feature.
#LomaOrtiz, Ramirez-Magdaleno, and Torrez Jr. headline a card that will stream live and exclusively on ESPN+. Promoted by Top Rank, tickets starting at $56 go on sale Thursday, September 15 at 12 p.m. ET and will be available to purchase at Ticketmaster.com.

Loma looked electric against Commey and Nakatani and certainly a completely different animal from the one who fought Teofimo. It's also a shame Teo ran from the rematch because I think Loma would've given him the Nakatani treatment. Loma avenged his only loss in the amateurs x 2 and he didn't get a chance to avenge his loss against Salidio either, which categorically shouldn't even be a loss, because cue ball head Salido ran from the smoke too.

Still the Bosnian people managed to resist proudly and even starting to regain important territories during the last year (1995) before the Dayton Accords signed to the great disadvantage of the Bosnians once again.

I love the narrative that these individuals honor and sacrifice of "fighting" and defending the lives of their fellow men, women, and children. I don't question their honor or bravery but I do just have a few questions.

I absolutely love Loma, and have even more respect for him for returning home after the invasion. God bless to all those that died as result n may Ukraine hold steadfast n kick their ass. I have to feel sorry for some the Russian 'volunteers' that in fact are not volunteers but are given a choice jail n be named as a deserter or fight. And their pride forces them onto the battlefields, it reminds me of hunger games when I watch n listen to transcripted intercepted calls on RUclips channels. I believe Pisshead pukin has been using them as Guinea pigs sent to die to see how strong the Ukrainians really are. Whilst they televise propaganda n brainwash some.
I'm a big Lomachenko fan - but I don't love Top Rank's marketing here. This push to promote Loma as a conscientious hero creates 2 huge unanswered questions. What did Loma do specifically to help Ukraine fight Russia (aside from putting on fatigues and taking a picture) - and why is he leaving to fight Ortiz when Ukraine is still fighting for its survival against Russia? Even if you came out and said the Ukraine government or the Ukrainian soldiers or people called on Loma to fight to boost their morale or promote awareness - that would have been something. Instead - it just appears that he actually did very little and then returned to the US to fight to serve is his self interests while his country is still at war. I don't think the latter is true - but this marketing push leaves no other conclusions to draw.
Loma is caught up in things as he is such a great fighter. NATO caused this and stopped peace.
