Oh man this is so important. I know someone who thanks everyone, even when they're doing something for someone else. I found it so touching and I started doing it too. Gratitude is contagious :)
yes....we forget about those who never hear it! The ones not in customer service etc. the teachers and the janitors, and the people who pick up our garbage!
