- There are a few things I do every single month that help make my life easier, even if they cost more to do them. Today I'm taking you through my monthly beauty maintenance routine that I ALWAYS make sure to make time for. Being high maintenance with these treatments has helped me maintain a low maintenance life day to day. I hope you enjoy!

I think as women it is essential to make time to do things for our selves,whether its getting things professionally done or doing it at home.Especially after having kids,it is necessary for our mental and physical health.Most of the time men who think we are "high maintenance" are just the ones who are"low effort".🤷♀️Loved this video hun!😉
no lie, whenever i see some guy be like "don't date a maintenance girl" it makes me realize that they are either broke or stingy which is a red flag for me.

My goodness, you have excellent advice here! I am 70 now, and had laser hair removal on my legs about 10 years ago. I will tell you that you need follow up laser sessions intermittently. But, still totally worth it!
Hey girl, there’s a few different types of laser and I had 6 sessions but after I stopped my results basically stopped. Can you please tell what kind of laser you are using so I can try that one!

For my manicures I go to Rachel at Tao Nail Studio in the Lower East Side and for my spa pedicures (including foot massage) I go to Top Style Salon in Queens! I definitely will travel for my favorites 😭

I'm personally not a fan of the terms 'high maintenance' or 'low maintenance' as, like the terms 'fat' and 'thin' that we had when I was a teenager, they set people up to fight and insult each other rather than recognize how we're all attractive just in different ways that work for different people. At the end of the day, we have GOT to be ourselves, not something the beauty industry sculpts us to be so it makes a giant profit while crushing us under the weight of each others' peer pressure. That's unfair on everyone except the beauty industry.
