Great video, didn't realize there was a windows application. Works even better now. Also, after having this for over a month my case is now clear instead of green lol... :)

the problem with the dvmega dual is the firmware upgrade. also problems with ircddb gateway not conneted when using it without portforwarding. the ircddb remote control app is also outdated. lots of old reflectors are not present. Old 2015 rpi images with no host file updates. So the Shark Rf openspot is easier to use but cost more.
the dv4mini is cheaper but has no android app, also not service nore a decent website. Openspot is the winner for me.

Stupid question ...looking at doing one for star you say have to put in a reflector...can you change it from radio or do you have to go in a manually change it on softwear?

Do you have to have a digital radio or does this solution gove you the ability to use a non digital radio to access the digital world?

What is the combined average cost for this solution given all components? Is this $100? Or more like $300?

Kevin J the link in description shows you the price for this bluestack...... 42$, plus the dvmega board is 129... plus case is 10.49....

So less than $200 plus your cellphone to communicate with via Bluetooth puts you on all three digital ham networks. This is awesome. Sure you may need to boot with different software, but still for $200 cost it beats the need to buy $300 to $800 dollars of radios.

WIRES will not be available for hotspots in the foreseeable future. Yaesu has chosen to keep it proprietary.

    mini-usb ≠ micro-usb. That's clearly a micro.

Good video but you need some coaching on presentations. View it your self 1. you move the devise around to much. 2. most detraction it is moving the pointer around more than needed. I have had this problem with many speakers. Point to what you are calling attention to and stop moving. This will make a good video better and enjoyable.
