This is a fantastic help, but there is one additional step of advice I would add to it. When you put the assembly back in the car, re-attach the ends in REVERSE order from how you removed them, meaning secure the end with the little movable plastic tab FIRST, push it all the way toward that tab, and THEN snap the other end in last (i.e., to replace the LEFT bulb, slide the RIGHT end in first, then push in the left side. to replace the RIGHT bulb, slide the LEFT end of the assembly in first, then push in the RIGHT side). If you replace it in the same order you've taken it out, you can't get enough play with the fixed side in first, and you can't get enough pressure on the movable tab end to re-attach it, given the confined space. If you put the end with the moveable tab in first and push the assembly toward that side, it will give you a little bit of play and you can then just snap the other side in easily. VERY helpful video, thanks very much for posting it!
I used Diode Dynamics , great bulbs , 3 year warranty and great customer service . Just put in your Year , Make and Model of car and away you go . They may have more than one bulb for each application .
dial2fast are there any other locations in the odyssey where these lights can be applied? besides the license plate and door/courtesy light? I am trying to get lights for the dash and buttons for the heat/AC also. Do you know what these would be?

How about the 2020 Honda Odyssey ?
i did this to my 06 odyssey ex-l. What luyed bulb number do you suggest for all the inside dome lights and lights in the visor mirrors ?
Hi, just wondering how these LEDs are holding up. Do you have any issues during winter?
One of them started flickering and I had to replace it.
where did you get the chrome panel over the license plate ? my odyssey is a 2007 and is painted. is the chrome one JDM ?
The chrome trim is standard on the Touring trim.
thank you.
Ditto!
Why do you have a 7 minutes to show something that you could show & sum up in 30 seconds maybe a minute at most.?
