मैं पूरी कोशिश करूंगा।
पिछले 2 साल में मैंने सिर्फ 4-5 बार ही चाय पी है, चाय छोड़ने से मेरी health में बहुत बदलाब आया,पहले जब मैं सुबह सोकर उठता था तो चेहरे पर तथा नाक के आसपास दाने निकले हुए मिलते थे तथा मूंह में छाले भी बनते थे, गैस की समस्या होने लगी लेकिन जब से चाय छोड़ी है तब से एक बार भी ऐसी समस्या नहीं हुई है,आज से sugar भी छोड़ने की कोशिश करूंगा

Last Saturday I got my self tested for diabetes but luckily haven't diagnosed with diabetes. But it's already nearing the upper limit of the normal levels of sugar levels. So I'm trying to control my sugar levels. For that I'm taking this challenge from now. Even I want the same energy and confidence with what u speak.

Thanks Anurag ji for this video. Though we are aware of the facts, it is the Will power that needs to be exerted. You motivate your viewers and I take up this challenge, not for 21 days but for an extended period and the time is Now. As far as other substitutes like jaggery, mishri, honey etc. are concerned, more or less all cause insulin spike. Hence, I quit all forms of sweeteners from this moment.
