    पिछले 2 साल में मैंने सिर्फ 4-5 बार ही चाय पी है, चाय छोड़ने से मेरी health में बहुत बदलाब आया,पहले जब मैं सुबह सोकर उठता था तो चेहरे पर तथा नाक के आसपास दाने निकले हुए मिलते थे तथा मूंह में छाले भी बनते थे, गैस की समस्या होने लगी लेकिन जब से चाय छोड़ी है तब से एक बार भी ऐसी समस्या नहीं हुई है,आज से sugar भी छोड़ने की कोशिश करूंगा

    80 yrs age, Quit sugar &tea, all bakery items, 20 days back I felt no problem instead got fully relaxed, I never felt need to take these, once I quit. All of us can just try, n see the miracles, thanks Rishi ji ❤❤❤❤❤ u r doing a job admirable for social health .

    Anurag ji, aaj mujhe sugar quit kiye 25din ho gye hain. I workout daily for 1½ hour I found enormous changes in my body. I feel more energetic and charged.
    2) No cravings for sugar
    3) I lose 2kgs weight
    4) No muscle pain, no headache

    Last Saturday I got my self tested for diabetes but luckily haven't diagnosed with diabetes. But it's already nearing the upper limit of the normal levels of sugar levels. So I'm trying to control my sugar levels. For that I'm taking this challenge from now. Even I want the same energy and confidence with what u speak.

    Thanks Anurag ji for this video. Though we are aware of the facts, it is the Will power that needs to be exerted. You motivate your viewers and I take up this challenge, not for 21 days but for an extended period and the time is Now. As far as other substitutes like jaggery, mishri, honey etc. are concerned, more or less all cause insulin spike. Hence, I quit all forms of sweeteners from this moment.

    I am using organic jaggery or organic sugar for last 11 years that too in moderate quantity. I regularly exercise. I think that helps to maintain my body weight and fitness and good skin.
