JazakaAllah khair for this! Dr is referring to in this talk at 28:42 is in Surah Al Raaf, mid way through verse 155:
Barak Allah feekum my brother. Your style and content of your talks is so engaging, accessible and relatable for the average layman muslim that it resonates with everyone deeply despite you coming from academia. One problem that I personally with some of our Ulema (May Allah reward them) is that they cannot turn off the "academic" inside of them (because that's how they were trained) and that can sometimes lose people especially the average laymen muslims who are not a part of academia.
In light of the current situation of our people in Gaza this video is uplifting. May Allah wipe out their tribulation and may He recompense their sufferings with jannatul Firdaws. Ameen. Ameen
Read Ibn Kathir Stories of the Prophets about Nabi Musa and Harun-you'll see the pattern. I think Prophet Musa was sooooooooooo patient with them and the Egyptians.

You can do it loudly and quietly depending on the situation, both are allowed.
