  • The Winter melt was not so god for the Cant and board shelter, the new gravel in the yard left them in a hole and now I have a very short window to correct the situation before the storm come.

Howdy Simon- you made quick work of that moving chore. It’s so nice that you have shed for storing timbers and cants. I’m assuming the chickens are adapting to being outside now. We let ours out on days that my wife is doing her things outside. Have to keep an eye on them because of predators. Take care my friend. God bless

I just love how you're always working to a plan... even though sometimes I think you're not following the script to perfection... because maybe you didn't get the script!
How's the fishing going? How are the chickens coping with the great outdoors?
Have a great coming weekend - all of you up there!

Hi AJ, I need a plan or two if I am honest and the fishing is not happening. Rain, wind and bloody cold. Rush jobs and getting old you know how it is. The chickens are having a ball. Have a great mid simmer.

@@arctic-rebel we finally got all the plants in Wednesday evening. We watched it storm and rain all around us as we finished. I told my daughter that the good Lord is waiting on us to finish planting before he provides us with rain, that with it being so dry it would an instant mud pit.
Now we wait for rain and try to keep the critters at bay. I'll send you an email with some photos of our craziness around here sometime. Take care my friend. Thanks.

The old Bolinder is a ingenious machine for sure... way more handy loading logs and cants the way you do than a forklift, which tower would have lifted the roof off of your storage shed. Yes, a forklift has better turn circle, but in your case I'd suppose the Volvo is better. All the best to you and yours, give the furry rascal a rub on the tummy from me🙂
