SMS Game Maker - Update 1 (Slope / Top down gameplay)

- This is the first update for the master system game maker. A tool to make games for the master system witout a line of code.
You can now put slopes like in sonic. You can paint the collision mask for each individual tiles.
There's also a sprite sheet editor and a input editor.
You can now make top down rpgs like phantasy star :)

Glad to see an 8-bit competitor finally getting some love.
One thing I'm curious about is the "Press/Hold/Release" functions on the controls, especially for 8-directional movement.

This looks awesome. Its exactly as you describe it. Just curious, what about an rpg turn based battle? Have you figured out leveling systems, battle mechanics and so on?
Thanks. That's an interesting question. Battle mechanics and other complexe mechanics can be splitted into more simple units. You can call this more simple units: modules. Basicly, a turn based battle is a special screen like a menu with stuff generated with data and other modules. Stats and leveling system would be other modules too. This modules will have default parameters or presets and will be configurable.
