I also roll the towel a bit so I lay the brushes with the handle up and the bristles down so no water will end up going into the ferrule. I always love your videos! Thanks for all your hard work.

Omg in never thought about spinning it like that! Thanks for this 😊 I bought a few of those sets with the spinner and I just decluttered bc it was to much to store in my small place and it’s gimmicky

You can use extra virgin olive oil to break up the pigment and condition the hairs and then antibacterial dish soap to clean and get the oiliness out! Oil painters use this method to clean their brushes

I use the brush mat directly under the sink. I put the soap on the mat, then scrub the brush on it and then run some water, add soap again and continue until the water is totally clean!

I do mine at the sink with soap and running water. Frequently, I think the soap is all rinsed out, but when I run it on my hand or a towel, there's more. Brushes and sponges should be washed at least weekly. I wash my makeup sponge every time I use it. Germs and bacteria reapplied to your skin daily...no thank you! Dawn Powerwash is a great makeup brush cleaner too!

It’s best to use running water to wash them with. Continuing to dunk it into dirty water isn’t going to get it clean.

Ive been watching alot of makeup brush cleaning videos... My makeup brushes has set for over 3 years actually 4 years this March 2024 since covid hit in 2020 I'm mentally had such a hard time I stopped touching my face and my makeup and products just sit there. I'm so upset with myself that I didn't at least clean my brushes before I laid everything down and now I'm scared I can't sanitize or disinfect them good enough to be safe on my eyes or face

      It's @kellywolfe5930, I 'Understand'.
Everyone has gone through a 'Rough' Time at least some point in ones Life that it can cause a Person to be CRIPPLED from 'Cleaning'.
But, you can make it 'Through' though.
      💯💯👏🏾👏🏾
From now on, EVERY 2 Weeks just 'Clean' one Brush at a Time until you've Cleaned ALL of your Makeup Brushes.
      👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾
And also just literally read once a Week 'Only' one Paragraph of ANY Chapter in Psalms of The New King James Version-NKJV in your
      🕊️🕊️📖📖Bible, or through
💻💻'Google' on your Laptop, or your
📲📲cellphone once a week for Encouragement.
      👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Just 'Google' on your Phone, or Computer, The New King James Version-NKJV, Psalms Chapter 1-verse, 1.
Start There, and read 'One' Paragraph a Week.
My Sister told me that reading Psalms is 'Good' for Whenever you are Sad, Worried, Scared, Stressed, Nervous, Anger, Annoyed, or Need Uplifting, or Encouragement.
And when you get finished with reading 'ALL' of Psalms, you can then Next start reading Matthew Ch. 1, Verse 1, and Beyond to the 'Next' Books, and Chapters in
      🕊️🕊️📖📖The Bible, as well.
      AMEN.
      🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💯💯
      You'll Be OKAY.
      The ✝️✝️🕊️🕊️ LORD,
Jesus Christ Of Nazareth 'IS' With You.
      AMEN.
      🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💯💯
      And P.S.
SORRY To You, @kellywolfe5930, and To ANYONE who has read this Lonnnng message.
I just wanted to send out 'Encouragement' To You, and ANYONE who has read this message.
      AMEN.
      🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

That’s crazy. I wash makeup brushes weekly and a beauty blender every time I use it, and I replace them fairly frequently. Don’t want to get a staph infection or something crazy.

I just use body soap, face soap and micellar water! Dawn dish soap is probably the best to use though.

Simple & Effective! Was wondering would putting a strip of blue tape around to protect the wood be efficient? *Blue tape-used when painting?

Why would you use rubbing alcohol? It has oil in it! Should use just isopropyl alcohol.
