WHO AM I?
Hello friends, my name is Femke! I am a nineteen year old reader from Belgium who really loves to talk about books. My first language is Dutch, but I highly prefer to read English literature. I am a second year university student in Antwerp and study English, theatre, film and literature. My goal for this channel is to create a safe space for all kinds of readers to talk about what we love most! So I hope you will enjoy my bookish rambles (preferably with a cup of tea and some cozy candles in the background).

I hope so too! Like so many other people, I love Jane Austen and I love talking about her and her works! I just explored your website and what you do seems so wonderful, so thank you for taking your time to watch this video and leave a comment 🫶🏼
@@femsfables Thank you for checking out what we do! Looking forward to more of your videos. 📖
How many of you are there?
@@bokramubokramu8834 there is one Jane Austen Literacy Foundation, but we have many volunteers
Pride and prejudice was lit as fuck. Can't believe she wrote it at such a young age. The humour is top notch and really unique in women writers style. Also characters depiction is on another level. Persuasion is next and all the others. Jane Austen was a G!
She’s truly one of the funniest and most clever authors to have ever lived!
with you recommending these books, TAKE MY MONEY! heading to the bookstore later to get all her books 🥲🥲 i hope they have it in my local bookstore!
Ahh this comment made me so happy!! Enjoy your reading :))

What lessons can we learn from the love story of Anne Elliot and Captain Wentworth?😊
