Here in Istanbul, Turkey at Basilica Cistern beneath the ground Medusa still lives. Basilica Cistern is the largest ancient cistern and was built in the 6th century during the reign of Byzantine emperor Justinian I. 138 meters by 65 meters this place was capable of holding 80000 cubic meters of water.
