- The Chao5 mod keeps on giving and giving. In this mod every character is broken af! This time we tried the 4th row of characters, some of which have been added in the latest update. Always lots of fun, we hope you enjoy!

As the person that made most of the non-hitbox related edits, the reason ROB's jet fuel takes so long to recover is because the recharge speed is hard coded to recharge at a specific speed and isn't easilly changeable. Also it only doesn't have infinite fuel simply because I didn't feel like giving him infinite lol.

@@juju_fym I'm not positive myself, but I'm pretty sure you can so long as you only play in private arenas and have the same gameplay mods.

@@juju_fym yes, everything about the character must be identical and you won't desync. For most custom skins, it doesn't matter.

Yeesh... As the head developer, even I didn't realise how utterly broken Olimar's Down B was! I'll think about nerfing it since it appears that there's no general counter to it and that it's extremely spammable (At least with MK's Tornado, it's not very strong against shields and it's still possible to punish him during its endlag where he has 24 frames of vulnerability).
Also, I just released the newest update to CHAO5 about the same time you released this video! Hopefully you'll do another revisit when we actually get all the characters done!
in what world is a spammable move that does more damage than a reverse aerial warlock punch that puts people to sleep balanced in any setting

Future QB: combine the roulette wheel (only use a single move) with random character selection and chaos mod. Alternately do a chaos mod smashdown.
As a mega man main, it was satisfying to see Dair bury and the pellets have a fiery effect, as well as leaf shields duration!

The thing about mods like this is it makes me wonder how the game would be in a happy medium between normal Ultimate, and giving everybody revised movesets. Like, i get the point is to make everyone BROKEN in this mod but I wonder how it would be if the Broken-ness was turned down but characters still got more stuff that made them feel more well rounded

What if you did a toon link bomb match in a custom stage kind of like a handball field. Put explosives on each end (goal) and whoever gets to 10 goals first wins.
I suppose there should be something like a “do not cross” line in the middle, so it’s about throwing fastballs at each other’s goal

In this mod. Kind Dedee’s down B takes 888 damage! I used the subtraction between 958 and 70. 958 - 70 equals 888! Broken as heck!

Proof that King Dedede can solo all of Dragon Ball Z confirmed.
This might be a hot take, but it seems like a lot of the Chaos mods for 4 and Ultimate want to be what Brawl Minus was without realizing what was great about Brawl Minus. They just go "Ok, amplify this by a crazy amount" or "Give this __ status effect"
Brawl Minus gave characters new attributes and was still balanced. Everyone just was more powerful, not "do 50% with stupid knockback moves" powerful.
They're not trying to be balanced, chaos is in the name

I just want to be pedantic and say that Megaman isn't a cyborg. A cyborg is a human with robotic modifications, whereas Rock (later Megaman) is more like an android, a sentient robot created by Doctor Light with no physical human parts
