I will say gen 5 had the most hot or cold pokemon designs, but it really was gamefreaks swan song for the 2D pokemon games
Aaaaa the lights! camera! action! The nostalgia!! The best Pokemon Minigame/Sidequest/One-off game mechanic Ever!!!!! Poke! Star! Studios!!!
Underrated gimmick. I spent so much time in this place as kid, it's great. And there are so many cool outfits from this era, before character customization was even a thing.
Right now we're waiting for Legends Z A, but if they do make a new Unova game eventually, they'll have to add these costumes as rewards that we can wear for completing each movie series.
I was so surprised when I discovered years later that most players HATED the pokestar studio. I remember spending hours on these movies back when I was a kid, looking up guides and getting frustrated because of bad RNG. Seeing the number of fans increase little by little after each successful movie made me feel so happy.

I always thought it was fun that you could get Team Plasma grunts to be fans of yours. ... how the one neo grunt evades police detection with cops IN THE BUILDING is beyond me.

I dont get it how few people actually played a good ammount of Pokewood...
There was "special mons", content, some kind of notation making you want to get the best score...

Nostalgia time! I got a lot of fun out of PokéStar Studios back in the day (although talking to all the viewers after the movie to get items was a bit of a chore lol)

Its a fun little side quest and you get items from doing it.
I don't get people streaming the game and just end it, cus they can't take a second of to just make a movie.
Playing games and skiping side quests you will miss alote of the fun in the games.
