    Nikki, thank you so much for doing this important work. Not only for the personal work you are currently doing but by sharing it you will literally save lives. You are so damn brave.

    It's good to hear people talk about disordered eating. I went through issues with food for years. I was shocked when my mother admitted her own issues with food that lasted several decades. I never knew.

    Nikki summed it up when she said, "I didnt eat much for just a few days because I was nervous then someone said You look good! What have you been doing?" Most all eating disorders are a dysfunctional need to gain attention and social status. The eating disorder is almost always a symptom of an underlying psychiatric disorder. She didn't say that in her explanation which is not going to help others struggling with the problem

    Nikki has many issues.... some of it is what makes her such a great comedian... but it sounds like she's dealing with them one at a time.

    Chris just showed a photo of what pj did to save nikkers. Yes he ate a fucking nuke. Not fun but worth it. He said he would do it again. Only small jumps left, pj already did all the big ones. That means be brave again, Nikki. --Dad

      I don’t think he was trying to say “your sister and your parents didn’t catch it”……he was saying “your parents didn’t catch it”, as in “your sister’s and your parents”….more properly maybe he should have said “Hers and your parents” but regardless he was commenting on the PARENTS not catching it, not the sister

      Not being mad at anyone who kills the self makes no sense. The people left living are the victims not the selfish person that took their life.

    This is the epitome of women logic. Get tramautized/become the victim over someone who you don't even know killing themselves.

    • @whippetvonsleipner3488
      @whippetvonsleipner3488 2 года назад +6

      Why do you think this has anything to do with logic? Furthermore, I think it might be harmful to look at this as a gender-specific issue. Everybody go through struggles. Anybody may experience mental distress/illness. A disordered mind won't discriminate, nor does it care to use logic. If it did, we could "logic our way out" of psychological issues. How easy that would be!

    Comedians are all messed up

    • @cisium1184
      @cisium1184 2 года назад +3

      Ultimately, all comedy comes from anger. It's a coping mechanism. Comedians are almost always unhappy people, because their gift for humor develops from personal torment.
