Hi, we have a new requirement to add bunch of new sales orgs for running a report. There is already bg job running monthly once. So we need to add new sales orgs to existing job. Do we need to create a new variant first, then go to sm36 and enter existing job name and define a new step under that job?
Business wants to add a new step to existing bg job to run a program monthly once on first of every month. How to schedule a bg job with new step for monthly once as date 1st of every month?
In real time some projects - functional have to provide the program and variants to the basis with time lines. They schedule it and confirm it back to us. Functional has to monitor it.
Data background showing wrong data... Means today date is 10.03.2024 I want data from posting date 01.03.2024 to current date on daily basis daily auto select current date How is possible

If you want to add new sales orgs in existing Background job, foto se38 cahnge mode of variant add those new sales orgs existing variant

I don't know know job name, program name, variant name.
I can see one invoice is created by job. How to Identify the job name?
Check the invoice created by and created time and date, with that data search in SM37 to find the JOB

You have to delete the job if you not required, or else we have to stop the job until you reschedule it will not run

Raise ticket to SAP to get the note, because of may be version to version it is different
