It always came across a lot darker to me. It's like the two siblings (partial blood related or step? full blood???) fooled around with each other, and now one is watching the other get married to avoid both being ostracized from the family over a serious taboo. To save face, some other poor guy was tricked into believing the baby was his. Inwardly, the song's narrator is pining for his sister and wondering if she feels the same toward him despite the ugly charade? Twisted, I know, but that's vibe I always got.
Just checked that out and it’s terrible. Starts out all soft then turns in untalented screaming. They sound like elderly people who have a scratchy sounding weakened voice from age. So when they try to sing it sounds like something stuck in their throats..
