Just curious, what is the reason why it is not recommended to spray on concrete or onto doors/garage doors?

Will hard well water make this less effective?
Water hardness can affect some pesticides negatively.

For best results, ProCare Bifen should be applied when temperatures are between 45-85 degrees F.
