Lost my dad two years ago and I've gotta say I welled up when he mentioned his mum as caddy. Class as always boys
So did i just under a year ago, it got me too! Wicked video, its the first one i've seen.
Lost my old man 16 years ago and it got me the same. I only ever got to play one full round with him when I was 18 and would give anything to do that again. But your dads will be out there with you what ever you do. Keep the good memories close.

Lost my mum 13 years ago when i was 21 with a 3 week old baby and it killed me. That comment knocked me back. You could hear him nearly break. Amazing to see someone who has the same mental battles as others achieve so much. Absolute mad respect for the guy.
I’d love to have one more round of golf with my dad who passed away 20 years ago,now I’ve taken his place and I’m playing rounds with my son. Golf’s the best game isn’t it?
What a legend, didn’t know much about him before this but big respect for opening up and sharing his stories on getting on tour and handling addiction. Please get him on again 🙌🙌
What a story he has. You see these 15 year old destined for fame and stardom through golf and then there's Marcus. Lived a life many would hate and grafted through it. Kudos my man 👌👌👌

your wrong . its a lovely place to live and grow up. think the point your tryin to make is rather then old money funding his playing he and his family had to work for it. to say it was a life many would hate it ridiculous. he grow up not far from most people and went to school with the rest of us. its not south US hillbilly country its not that bad. he lived on a NONE working farm (so a home with lots of land) there's lots of working and none working farms its not unusual in anyway and as many have pointed out it builds character.
I think the fact tubes took a back seat in this video goes to show how much he cares and understands the Chanel. Absolutely brilliant mate. Bullard asking the all important questions we all want to know and Marcus being so genuine. Brilliant video mate ❤️👏

I can relate so much to his story i lost my dad 10 years ago and also went down the wrong road with drink and drugs but football and my partner saved my life 2 years after my dad was murdered i had my daughter and she has also saved me from ever relapsing ever again.. Thank yiu guys for this video it has made my day 👌👌

I lost my Mum when i was 10 through alcohol. You have no idea the lump in my throat listen to him talk about having his Mum as a caddie for the day. I would have my Mum on the bag for me in a heart beat! Thank you for this video and the words from the heart ❤️❤️

I lost my mum to covid last year and this video has really touched me and made me proper well up. Know exactly how he feels. I would just love to play one hole with my mum and tell her how much i love and miss her. What a lovely guy. You can tell losing his mum is deeply hurting. I lost my dad 2 years and i feel his grief totally. I love people like this, just a lovely human being.
Tubes I hope you realise how much this channel has become like therapy to people watching. Too often men aren’t willing, or don’t know how, to open and talk about real things that’s going on in their head. It’s great to see how even though it’s a golf channel that it’s much more than that now. Golf is the vehicle and the real star is the characters, their stories and the way you get them to open up about real life stuff.

This has to be one of the best golf related videos on RUclips. I’ve been a fan of Marcus for a while now, I love how he’s overcome his past life issues to get where he is now - which is just mind blowing really and how genuine he is. There’s not many in this world who have a heart as big as this lad. Top bloke and I wish him all the success in his professional career.
What a guy, I lost my mum a couple years back so I really resonate with everything Marcus said. Always great to see the bulldog on the channel too

Love this, Marcus is a top top lad. Infectious. Saw him at The Open playing with Tommy in a practise round, strolled onto the tee with a Mr whippy ice cream in his hand, after a chuckle from the crowd he said, life's for living aint it? Followed him ever since, absolute class and a bloody great character.
