🧑🍳COOKING DIRECTIONS
[ Easy quiche made with frozen pie dough🥧 ]
Cooking time: 35 minutes
■Ingredients (18cm tart mold for 1 tart)
Frozen pie dough (10cm x 20cm)…2 sheets
Spinach…2 stalks
Hot water (for boiling)…1000ml
Salt (for boiling)…1 teaspoon
Onion…1
Shimeji mushroom…1/2 pack
Bacon…4 slices
Salt and pepper…a pinch
★Egg wash
Eggs (medium size)…2
Milk…100ml
Grated cheese…3 tablespoons
Salt and pepper…a little
■How to make
Preparation:
・Defrost the frozen pie dough according to the package instructions.
・Preheat the oven to 200℃.
・Apply salted butter to the tart mold to make it easier to remove from the mold.
1. Cut off the roots of the spinach and cut it into 1/3.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and boil for about 30 seconds.
Put the spinach in a colander and cool under running water, then squeeze out the water.
2. Slice the onion thinly and cut off the stems of the shimeji mushrooms.
3. Cut the bacon into 5mm pieces.
4. Add olive oil to a frying pan heated over medium heat, add the onion, shimeji mushrooms, and bacon, and fry until the onion is soft.
5. Add the spinach from step 1, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and fry over medium heat until well combined. Once the flavors have blended, turn off the heat and let cool.
6. Put the eggs and milk in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a whisk.
Add the pizza cheese, salt and pepper, and the ingredients from step 5, and mix lightly with a rubber spatula to prepare the egg mixture.
7. Place the dough in a tart mold and cut off the excess, leaving about 1cm around the edge.
Make several holes in the bottom with a fork.
8. Pour the ingredients and egg mixture from steps 5 and 6 into the tart mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ for about 25 minutes. When it is cooked through, remove it from the mold.
