#Minibike #revival! (Part 1 of 2) In this video I'm digging out my minibike/moped - a 50cc AGM #Caferacer Luxury from 2017 - and get it ready for summer! From the moment I bought my 1980 GMC Squarebody truck, I kind of totally neglected the bike and it has been sitting in my garage collecting dust. It hasn't moved in almost two years and because summer is here and the weather is getting better, I want to start riding it again.
How would you guys label this thing? Moped? Minibike? Something else? Let me know in the comments!
It's all pretty basic stuff and most of it is just general maintenance, but I think it turned out to be an entertaining video. Things I'll do in this video include cleaning up the bike using compressed air, checking the tires, cleaning up the air intake filter unit, checking all the electrical components (dash, lights, horn), checking all fluid (brake, engine oil) levels, and cleaning the carburator bowl.
I didn't want this episode to get too long, and my Instagram poll audience preferred two shorter videos over one long video, which made me decide to split the video in two parts. So join me again next week when I install all the new parts I ordered, take the bike for a quick test drive and try to cross off the remaining items on my to-do list.

Olie peilen doe je niet zo.
Volgens het boekje moet je de motor warm draaien, dan 5 minuten laten staan.
Dan de dipstick er uit draaien, schoonvegen, en tot het begin van het schroefdraad er in steken.
Tip voor bedervende benzine: tank voor de winterstop helemaal vol, en gooi er een klots stabilisator in die ze ook in grasmaaiers doen.

Haha; dank voor je reactie! Verderop in de video (in deel 2) peil ik nog een keer met een warme motor, waarna ik er nog iets olie bij doe :-) verder dezelfde stappen gevolgd.
