We briefly discuss each fixture and give our thoughts on each team, followed by our score predictions. At the end of each week (and the season) we will see whether Gary or Matt come out on top!

Great programme again...Just looking at the Blues Badge in the background...I've never really liked it much, but it reminded me of a 'disagreement' I was having with my mate recently. Can anyone remember when we changed from using the old Birmingham coat-of-arms as the badge ('Forward') and switched to this more modern image which was meant to drag us kicking and screaming into the 20th Century. I think it was around the late 60's early 70's, but if anyone knows the exact year it might save me having to buy me mate a pint...Thanks...Keep up the good work...KRO..
Thank you for your comment Steve. If you go to the Blues official website under the ‘history’ section it tells you all about the club crest. It was patented and adopted by the club on 1972 following a competition in the Sports Argus. KRO!

Slightly OT, but have you noticed how the 'supercomputer' has predicted Blues in 2nd place at the end of season, (promoted)?.
However, I did an analysis of the computers predictions for the League 1 games 17 August.
Of the 11 games, 5 were correct, 6 were not! ( In terms of W/L/D).
The last computer run online seems to have been 10 Aug, i.e prior to those games. I've not seen an updated prediction - surely this info will be fed into the comp?.
I also posted a message on the youtube site displaying the timelapse view of how the computer handled predictions from game 1 to 46.
I said 'does the supercomputer predict injuries?'

I always take ‘supercomputer’ predictions with a pinch of salt to be honest. It suggests that there is some form of science behind the predictions but there are so many variables that it is impossible to make computerised predictions with any realistic credibility. At least we know our predictions are a best guess but we have as much chance of being correct as a supercomputer! KRO!
@@BCFCRoyalBlue My friend Steve, who is a lifelong blues supporter, has predicted 3-1 to blues, (same as Gary). His prediction for the Wycombe game was close, 3-1 blues, (actual 3-2). I'm a newboy on the block.
A regular away supporter in the '70s. I then went to sleep for 40 years. My 2024-2025 season ticket is the first I've bought. Inspired by the new owners, and Chris Davies.
