Too bad we don't show such films these days. It would certainly reintroduce the forgotten work ethic.
It worked for me!
I dont think there has been a single video of your that I have seen that I did not absolutely love!
I so wish I had lived 5 or 6 decades ago:/
Keep the videos coming--they are the BEST!
That is actually very good advice.
This short video has taught me something very important.
This is just amazing. Post WWII-era videos had true value and moral. Normally I like to parody 1950s and 1940s films, but I can't help but be taken aback by these films.
What the HELL happened between then and now? Why is the world run by hipsters? Why is it better to be cool than to be moral today? Can somebody explain that to me?
1:29 Frank Taylor must be some kind of genius. The counselor tells us he was a student “about five years ago,” yet his birthdate is listed as December 22, 1931. That means he would have been in high school in 1943... at age 12.
WORK....? Fake it till ya make it!!!!!
This was very good. I just wish that the employer would have the same idea as the employee. It is not only for the respect for the employer, but the respect for the employee. That is missing in the modern workplace. If a person can find such respect in that work place and the posibitly to be promoted then the job is well worth it.
How old fashioned! I LOVE IT!
Keep spreading values. Few videos like this are useful!
I would disagree slightly with the counselor, I mean all jobs are boring, but you get through it because you have to.
I agree but I appreciate how his talking to the kid in that manner
Whats the point?
yea advice for wage slaves...
ya got that right...
Al Bundy when he was young!
I may have found the problem the kids are 6th grade. They're focus is only a day at a time meaning they can't think Friday when it's Monday. Sorry but truth is they're only working for a snack.
what did it teach you?
