That company prey on rookie drivers, don't pay them that well. And because of lack of experience they don't know any better about making money. When I was there had a bunch of guys whom came from making slightly above minium wage jobs. So getting a cdl and driving for 500 to 800 week was super to them. Myself was only there because I was laid off from the oilfield. Quickly went back into the oilfield. Advise anyone to not go there at all.

Do you have to do all of that if you already have your cdl
