Sanemi and Akaza going to be the characters that everyone will turn their hate into love as the anime progress, Akaza back history is so sad and the fact he doesn't kill womans is so kind, even after centuries he still remember his human promise, otherwise Douma are pretty loved by the girl fanbase seems like, that's will change soon aswell
I can agree on the akaza and Sanemi one but not douma.
There are some people who have read the manga and they still love douma regardless.

Akaza does kill women, especially if they are a demon slayer. He just doesn't eat them.
