Key Chain Scrunchie

Let's have a little fun and make a "different" key chain. Who would've thought to take a 90's scrunchie and add key fob hardware? Someone did and they are brilliant. At least I think they are brilliant.

You can use cotton lycra but just make sure you interface it.
