  • Another way to do this: • How to install and run...
It's highly annoying to be forced to create an online account, so this shows you hot to bypass that and install W11 with no internet at all.

I will test myself next time I need to install Windows on a PC. But just in case, there is another method: ruclips.net/video/rLvve5eM-1I/видео.html

@@UltimateDIY All the methods I have seen do not work anymore. MS has changed something that makes it impossible to create a local account during installation. I create an online account during installation and once Windows is up and running I create a local account and delete that made up account.

I doubt it, because there are offline computers that need to have W11 installed on them. Did you follow exactly the method in the link I gave you? I can't find any info anywhere that this particular method does not work anymore.

@@UltimateDIY It doesn't allow you to proceed if you don't connect to the internet. And the SHIFT+F10 trick doesn't work anymore. I'm using the installer that is downloaded from MS, without modifications. I need to test with other countries and regions.

There are no new post online for Shift+F10 not working anymore. There are old ones from 2015 already, but most of them are because people were doing this on laptops where they should actually press Shift+FN+F10. So I doubt it was disabled by Microsoft, or more people would be having this problem.
