In the Kill movie, I think not only did she got stabbed three times, but also when she got thrown out, another train coming from the opposite direction on a parallel track crushed her!!
thank you so much guys and i am so glad and happy that you loved kill, here is a few interesting details about the film and some thoughts on your comments on the film, you guys made my day!! 150 litres of fake blood was used in the film and the core idea behind kill came from a real life incident experienced by the director when he was a student on the train and a family of dacoits gang had robbed his neighbouring Coach and his coach had 2 army soldiers with them, but the next morning they got to know about it and he talked to the army officers and they told him that if the dacoits had come to their coach, they would have beaten them easily Every Knife Had A Name - So The Prosthetics Head of The Film, Needed to know the size of the knife 4 months before shooting the film, as he wanted to know whose cheek or eyes this knife is going to go, name of the person and how will it travel from the villains to the heroes and vice versa, and they had to map it 4 months in advance. A Total of 52 different knives were meticulously crafted and each member of the gang had fighting styles tailored to their individual characters ans story arcs. the script contained every action movement down to its minute detail & it took 1 and half years to complete the script & sound design took 3 months, the scene where his shirt comes off to show his body, lakshya did not drink water for 3 days before shooting the scene some deleted scenes from the edit & script level - this one they shot and cut it out, he killed a person with a door, but he did not die, he then had to pull him out, take him to a window and kept punching him till his brains popped off in wash room sequence there where 2 more people he burnt alive, he kept the zippo lighter inverted and the fluid was flowing down, he kept the door open and when the came near the door, he pushed them inside and threw a burning object and shut the door and they were burnted alive, You Wanted to Know The Behind The Scenes Making of the film, so on the "Dharma Productions" RUclips Channel They Have Uploaded a video called Making of the train Kill, you guys will like it. the director had a huge back problem when they were shooting the film so he could not stand up for more than few mins, he would direct the actors then lie down of the bed beside the monitor and gudie the whole production but he never took a day off while shooting the film Why The Villains Gang Feared And The Passengers Respected The Army Comment Was Because in India Our Soldiers Are Training in All The Different Fighting Styles And They Can Litterally Kill Bad Guys with the same amount of passion as shown in the film, and we know how tough army personnel are in india so that's why the passangers feel safe around them and the villain just fear them. Indian Movies Have A Style Of Expressing Emotions, character connections and feelings in that particular moment through songs, it's like how american, korean, anime has their own unique styles of film making, the saw way we do and songs have helped a lot to make us connect to those characters and i agree that it does not work all the time, but the accuracy is on the much higher level, we are used to it so i understand for your guys it will be cheesey but in a good way but you will get used to it. As SS Rajamouli - The Director of RRR said - if there is no emotion backing the action then you will not feel the action scenes in more deeper way. if the emotional states are high and personal then you will connect to the action even more, whatever the emotion may be. and that's what makes kill and even john wick so special for us about the main villain guy who played fani, his name is raghav juyal and he is a dancer turned actor and all the other details i have wrote on reboot ryan channel
Great Review... I wanna recommend you a criticproof INDIAN MOVIE... "SARDAR UDHAM (2021) is the best bollywood movie ever made." IMDB 8.4. It will break your stereotype regarding indian movies that they are only song and dance and fun. *It will change your top 10 movie list of all times.* IT IS A MODERN CLASSIC. *You'll experience the new dimension of Indian Cinema.* *An exceptional Gem.* **You'll be blown away by the production quality of this movie.** The above description of the movie is not an exaggeration. 59:18 since you pointed it out, it happens with me too. Like if i saw cheesy romance in an American movie id feel eh. I think it may be because what is culturally true.
The villain who played by Raghav Juyal is The most popular actor in that entire cast. He is basically a Pretty Good Dancer and Top billing Choreographer. And the main lead is A debutant.
1:07:56 I understand what you meant..i think you felt that way not because you are foreign to indian cinema but because that's usually how movies are made in India. Most of our movies have a self contained storyline and if they havr a sequel, its usually a spiritual sequel. They rarely depend on the sequel to finish the story(Bahubali, Kalki are exceptions and not the norm). We are also only recently getting into the universe building storytelling. So directors, writers usually just focus on the one story in front of them instead of having to worry about the multiple factors affecting the universe. We do have franchises such as Dhoom, YRF spy universe, Race, Don, Stree, rohit shetty cop universe etc. But movies in these universes don't follow the MCU model. Instead they have self contained, one-and-done stories that are just part of the universe. Also regarding the behind the scenes drama - indian production houses usually don't advertise which projects they are working on too early in the production process unless its a really big project like Kalki/Bahubali/Brahmastra/RRR. News like RDJ being cast in a movie that'll probably release in next 2-3 years will simply not occur in India. We learn about a movie's release may be 4-5 months before its release and trailers are shown 1 month before the release unlike hollywood movies where trailers start arriving 6 months before the movie release. Indian production houses limit the BTS gossip by reducing the gap between movie announcement and movie release. Because of which we get to experience movies with a fresh perspective devoid of much controversies(with a few exceptions of course - padmavat, animal, pathaan, etc). But a lot of times we get movies like laapta ladies, Kill, 12th fail, Andhdhun, etc simply out of nowhere.
They are both good looking....just differently in their own way. It was not intentional casting that the ' villain is better looking than the hero'....because him calling the villain better looking is just his personal opinion.
In india we have a inteval half way through movie for around 15 minutes to go to washrooms or buy popcorns and the title card hits at interval and the hero is the part of nsg its like special forces in india
I saw this movie in 70% occupied theatre and it was buzzing... Difference between Hollywood movies and Indian movies is conviction Directors here do tell story because they want to and it's like inter dimension tv for us we don't care much but we do enjoy good movies we do blend Genres nicely because of kind we are raised... If u like different movies I can suggest few like if u wanna see some good thrillers u should try watching Andhadhund or Drishyam franchise they are pretty good if action movies try Rocky Handsome or KGFs or Salaar if love stories try Lootera or Veer Zaara or Seetha Ramam if slice of life try Lunchbox or Kapoor and sons if massy movies there are lot of great south indian movies they are great we have movies for all kind of audiences in our country u will be blown by some of Malyali movies we have fun industries doing some amazing stuffs
@rewatchryan @austinburke I have an insight on why the title dropped mid way into the movie. In India we have something called an "interval", its basically a 10 min snack break mid way during a movie, where you go get your popcorn, refill your cold drinks. I saw Kill in theater here in India, and the title card slammed indicating the 10 min interval break right when the audience was all pumped up and was not expecting it, which resulted in a huge collective gasp, people didn't wanna leave.. a great watch with a packed theater.
You wanted context and production values etc, here it is from my perspective. If you want context on Kalki, the first half of the film, widely by indian critics is said to be not so good, Anupama Chopra(Film Companions) & Tried and Refused Productions (A RUclipsr reviewer/critic), there are other reviews also popular ones, but these ones are in English language, second half slaps though. Hindi film industry(Bollywood) has tried to get big budget action, vfx have tried to get the movie right, some I dont even remember (soemthing akin to pirates of carribean) failed horribly. Especially Bhramastra which tried to get very close in terms of VFX, some moments vere cool, but the script sucked, the dialogues were even worse, people made memes and parodies. But everyone still hopes for better VFX for the sake of Indian movies, and still hope Bhramastra 2 would be better than 1 , the director acknowledged that it was bad, to be honest they started filming it 6 years ago, which made it even more outdated on scripting side. So Kalki in that context is a kind of support for a much better VFX and story which has the highest production value so far (600 CR around, convert it to millions). RRR came very close in terms of VFX and story, but honestly in the entirety of India, people dont think its SS Rajoumouli's best film, also its from Telugu film Industry(South India). Kalki is a collaboration between the Telugu film Industry and Hindi Film Industry. South India and North India speaks very different languages so the Telugu language acting is dubbed in many different languages. ML in the first act seemed a bit weak, but became better in second half. The Father in the story played by the legend of Hindi Film Industry and also honestly Indian Film Industry was considered to be more well rounded character. Kill - we have never seen anything like this, we have had a few moments like kill sprinkled through different movies, but not to this scale. Mostly action is also kinda cheesy, romantic or cool, which doesnt need to be bad, but this type of action is the first in India, everyone loves it. Also the fact that there was a huge nepo baby debate which led to boycotting of films with nepo babies with no merit is important. This films has no nepo babies or actors with connections and has done so well, with a new director. Other things you will learn if you watch Dharma productions BTS.
Please watch with bunch of friend and give reaction,, specialy with friends who doesn't like stupid stunts and dance like bollywood. This type of people will love it.
1:09:34 indian audience dont like every marvel movies or hollywood movies. they know what cringe or good and bad. we used to watch every countries good films. not just popular ones. commercial movies, independent and classic films. i used to watch hollywood since my childhood. after teenage 17 years i stopped watching the commercial hollywood films. because it feels cring and typical template. then i started watching independent hollywood films and other countries films. Im not a marvel fan. but i watched most of the marvel films. spiderman is the only one i liked. i dont like DC movies, but i loved The Batman. Also loved Fast and Furious till 4. then its becomes same old typical shit. my point is indians know hollywood, because we used with that since our childhood. If we are looking into our movies, most of the commercial movies are typical over the top shits. Mainly made for indian audience. not every indians like that. only Hard core fans love that. Those typical people dont know what is good and what is bad film making. they love that movie , so their knowledge those movies are good. so these people go and suggest every typical movies in the youtube film content channels. we have great films in most of the indian film industries. foriegners are exposed to those kind of typical indian movies.
the handsome villain's real name is Raghav Juyal
What he is a villan now.
And his nickname is "Cockroach". Also he is a fabulous dancer.
It's 'CROCKROZ' not 'cockroach'😂
In the Kill movie, I think not only did she got stabbed three times, but also when she got thrown out, another train coming from the opposite direction on a parallel track crushed her!!
Raghav is a professional dancer and is still refining his acting skill. And he i think is the most funny host ever in Indian tv.
thank you so much guys and i am so glad and happy that you loved kill, here is a few interesting details about the film and some thoughts on your comments on the film, you guys made my day!!

Raghav Juyal, actor who plays the villain has already achieved GOAT status as a dancer. His career spans for nearly 20 years.

Hey guys! If you want to dive more into Indian cinema and want better understanding, let me know. We can collaborate
raghav juyal is pehnomenal dancer ,, i still cannot belive that he can act so well and in such a diff avatar
Army in india is very tough to get in because everyone want to join but only a few seats available. Son the best out of millions join.
The name of the movie's antagonist is Raghav Juyal aka "Cockroach". He is a fabulous professional dancer and a superb choreographer❤.
The main villain is mostly famous in India as slow motion dance king - Raghav Juyal
My thoughts is that chad should do remake of this movie . It will give more attention to the original film and people will watch it
Nope, title card appears exactly at 45:00 minutes.
In india we have a inteval half way through movie for around 15 minutes to go to washrooms or buy popcorns and the title card hits at interval and the hero is the part of nsg its like special forces in india
51:29 that's bcz being in the army is an extremely respectful job here, its very tough to get in.
