I was so excited when I saw your video - my WiFi device had stopped working. I followed your suggestions and thought how lucky I saw it BUT no luck - it still doesn't work. Do you know if there is a problem with the upgrade or if Bernina has put out more info?

I am guessing this does not work for the 770QE Plus?

The software is independent of your 770 plus. If you have bernina v9 creator or designer plus (WiFi packaged with designer plus), you can use the external WiFi device to wirelessly transfer. Otherwise you can use the USB option.

What about the use of a Mac with the WiFi??

The only built in WiFi device machine currently in the bernina line is the B 790 PRO

If you machine does not built in WiFi you need to use the external WiFi device. This device comes with the bernina designer plus software 9 but it is also available as a separate item if you buy creator
