That is not what I was told. My Ender 6 was pretty much DOA from day 1, and I was told that Creailty would not help me because I did not buy it from them. The printer is still dead a year later, and I've given up on it, never got a single print out of it.

Just a note for all you out there who are about to shatter your acrylic trying to drill it. Other than that, the build process was easy as cake. (assuming you understand assembly process)

I was looking forward to this, as i have two Ender 3's and a regular Ender 5, all heavily upgraded and modded. Yet, no auto bed leveling and that very poor design of the part cooling system are unacceptable in what is sure to be an expensive machine, probably more than an Ender 5 Plus or a CR10 V2/V3.

Very good Creality, ... I have at least 7 printers of you, and I am very happy with them. So you make me another more advanced printer and I still have to install a separate BL touch automatic level? .. paying almost $ 600 dollars plus taxes? So much money they have made this year and they don't want to invest a few pennies so that their customers have a complete product. And yes, please the third parties who scam us by selling upgrades that sometimes do not have the quality or the support of your company. Very sad.

bed leveling is so simple. i don't get why chinese manufacturers can't get it right.
there's too many methods and all are cheap af
there's the linear gear with the switch on a gear with a spring
there's the servo + optical/mechanical endstop (the servo only retracts the pin after you're done, so no inaccuracies, tho i heard even if you screw a switch directly you're gonna get good accuracy anyway)
for a company like creality you can easily make a coil and all and make a bltouch

    Is that a Core-XY or H-bot?
If it costs about 600$ it’s a great value.
Enclosed, Core XY, with all metal extruder, this can be a true reliable ABS machine.
Many people prefer linear rails, not me, those wheels are smoother, more accurate, stiff enough, adjustable, cheap and easy to maintain.
For me this can be an excellent machine.

Come on Creality you know BETTER then this and the ONLY way for the enclosure to be of ANY use would need to INCLUDE a TOP cover!

There is a benefit to having only the sides enclosed. Yes top as well would be better but it is a big improvement over no sides. Professional printers maintain something like 100C internally, with an open top you get maybe 20C above ambient in the build plate area which is still an improvement.

not sure if anyone here from creality cares but some points I thought I mention as someone who wanted a 3d printer
first: overall good looking printer but PLEASE switch that extruder for something like a BMG clone or a geared dual drive
second: being enclosed is a HUGE freaking plus. that alone made me wanna buy this
third: that cantilever design looks really bad on a 250x250 printer, but for that one I'm gonna give it a chance, since I haven't seen it in person
fourth: please don't advertise that hotend as 260 and put an option for a PROPER all metal hotend. I hate those hotends. one of the reason I didn't go with your printers. I print a ton of petg/abs/polycarbonate
fifth: please swap that crappy glass ultrabse style thing for a pei sheet or even clonetack. but that's easy enough to do on my own so no complains
sixth: please use a proper bed. an AC one even. your beds are so incredible slow to heatup and this is also one of the main reasons i diddn't go with your brand
seventh: a bed leveling sensor can cost 1$ or less. for the love of god include one there's basically TOO many methods for bed leveling. just put a switch that's connected with a spring to a linear gear that hits the two sides of the carriage, an optical endstop with a pin and a linera servo, an optical endstop with a coil at the top (bltouch expect with optical endstops) the list just goes on and on
eighth : those nice tmc drivers are useless when you use 0.05$ fans that are louder than a vaccum cleaner.
    EDIT: the top is... open?
you guys enclosed the bottom/left/right and left the FRIGGING TOP the main heat dissipation point open? what the actual heck? what's the point of this whole thing then? why bother?

Yesterday I saw a very interesting video on youtube regarding to Ender 5 which apparently has a problem burning power supplies off, because they are under-resigned.
The new Ender 6 looks nice yes, although it to me seems like Creality had choose the worst construction of an ender 5 combined with a Cr-10s pro v2, which means the machine can cause serious problems.
So no one should buy some of the printers you can get in China without being a technician, because you will need it no matter what type of printer it is and the price should be 1/3 of what it is now, since warranty and services in China do not exist.
Therefore, it may be interesting to hear Creality who shalll pay when the new Ender 6 starts to break and burn power supplies off?
Does Creality pay for them to be sent for repair?
And who will pay for all the machines they send out with bugs, errors and omissions!
if the machine is ever going to work at all.
How will Creality make sure customers not are been cheated the way they do now?
And how will Creality secure the customers who are not technicians?
Anyone buy a 3d printer because it has to work as if you buy a regular printer, car or similar that there are some who want to play technician it something completely different and their case, but how will Creality sure the regular user? for the construction you have chosen on the machine which means that it can’t keep a print standard in a way that can be used for anything and Creality has again chosen a too small power supply which will constantly work on overtime and therefore burn off, will Creality pay for the service the machine will be needed to get, plus various parts that need to be replaced?
For all the new and old customer remember you can see allot on youtube about 3d printer but also remember most of them get free 3d printer from Creality and so on.
And now Creality shut me out from being able to comment on their stuff :-)
Do not buy this machine, it was born to have a BL-Touch and it has a too small power supply which should be at least 450W.

Uses scam techniques like kickstarter, that are reserved for new companies, to push beta testing products, keeps pum[ing up new models with ever increasing price but not solving out existing problems for reliability and not giving 2020 minimum standard equipment and capabilities.

Do not buy anything from creality it is a rip-off
Save up some more money and buy a sourceforge printer it's real quality and a true quality control.
Every printer is tested before being shipped unlike creality printers

if your ender 6 plug is availiable for 110 volts, no need to move.
