This if it is Jewelry, without microfusión, without carving in wax and of course without printer three dimensions. Metal, fire, saw, file and hands as we learned in the 70s the jewelers of the old school. The modern academy jewelers would not know how to start doing this, a greeting from a colleague from Seville with my admiration for your good professionalism. Health to do many more jobs.
If one make's a handmade ring, it should be unique , not like any other casted mounting. the cup he created under the diamond is going to block light from underneath and it will reduce the brilliance of the diamond. So much good work for a common design.
The light that sparkles out of a round brilliant cut diamond, went in the top and is reflected back out of the top. That's what they are faceted to do. No light comes from underneath a ring. Stop spouting ignorance.
The timeless beauty of gems and gold destined to be worn and admired long after the craftsman and those of us who watched his hands create these objects have passed from memory. This must give you great satisfaction. Thanks for the inspiring vids.
you're an inspiration to me I'm a jeweler. you have helped me in my business with my wife a lot. thank you for posting the videos please put more I admire your work.

You seem like a dang good jeweller to me. You eyeball things really well so you must have been doing this for a long time! l keep noticing that thumb ring you're wearing, and would like to have seen you make it. Maybe l'll look around your vids and see if you have that uploaded.

Hi there, your work is amazing. I would like to try making this ring but in silver. What size wire did you use for the ring shank? Would love it if you could provide a list of items to make this ring. Like a shopping list! 😀 thanks for sharing!
I made a list of the main tools that I use in this video ruclips.net/video/xoILS4G0gig/видео.html , the thicknesses that you use must be proportionate to the size of the stone you want to use.
I am curious about forging the metal. What do you use and where do you get your metal? Beautiful ring, I am wanting to make a ring like this someday. I very much enjoy your videos. Thanks!
+transam79301 Thanks, In Italy there are wholesalers who deal with the purification of the metal and the sale of the pure. The laboratories that are licensed for the processing can take care of all the steps
Major insperation, I have watched every video you make. Please continue posting the best videos available. I'm forever grateful I found your channel. Wish I could meet you, and pick your brain for a day..
Excellent work!! I'm a goldsmith and one client of mine ordered me a platinum ring.......although he gave me platinum (old rings and earrings) after melting it.......when i go to shape it it breaks in pieces.......any ideas?
Yes, platinum is a very delicate metal, it should be melted in carbon crucibles, also if there are welds of other materials or impurities often during the rolling it breaks. When it happens to me I have to cleanse and re-alloy. Unfortunately, the purification costs for platinum are very high.
scaffoal thanks for the advice......i wasn't be able to work so i send it to be purified.......unfortunatelly the cost was very high.......but at least it will be pure therefore easy to work with......thanks again!!
Unfortunately you are wrong, the diamond like many other gems has the property of breaking down the light, consequently the reflections can have all the colors of the visible spectrum. Of course, a lot depends on the cut of the gem. I guarantee you that the stone mounted on the ring was a natural diamond. Furthermore, the refractive power of a diamond is higher than that of cubic zircon, the ability of the diamond to decompose light is greater than that of zircon. The only synthetic gem that has properties similar to diamond with a greater refractive power is moissanite, whose sparkle and vivacity in showing the colors of the visible spectrum is greater than diamond.
+Fat_Black_Cat_94 Yes, I have a website online www.oro-diamanti.it, I do not sell online. If you have questions you can email me at info@oro-diamanti.it

Do you have customers for these rings before you start making them? if not how do you know what size to make?
Normally we have customers. Otherwise we make them more common mid-size.
Awesome ring! How much a ring like this can cost?
+Сергей Григорьев Thank you. The price depends on the characteristics of the diamond ..

what kind of putty is that that you put around the ring ?
+J Riette pitch for setters
Maravilhoso!!!
gracias
the music is much better
+Sharon Lee Thanks
.
do You collect the dust after using file and saw?
+Bakkermman Yes, There is a drawer underneath where everything is recovered
i wonder how much time do you need to finish one ring..
Should't be more then two hours from beginning to the end ,..
What is that dot of metal that was used to seal the seams?
+xquizts It is always 18k gold alloy and with metals which lower the melting point
+scaffoal Awesome. thanks!
It is zirconia. Not diamond.
Zirconia shine with the colors of the rainbow. Diamonds shine with 2 or 3 colors like white, grey and blue.
Unfortunately you are wrong, the diamond like many other gems has the property of breaking down the light, consequently the reflections can have all the colors of the visible spectrum.
