Sir Jeppy's vid is actually a bit old now, some lore was updated when Valorant lore got deeper and more worked on and some inconsistencies were worked out. I'm pretty sure Joon-Hee is worked out by the valorant lore communauty as a cute nickname from Raze or a fake name used at the beginning of them being in the Valorant protocol (the team). Jett's name is actually Sunwoo Han now :D (The lore wiki goes pretty in depth about each agent too and has the new information up to date for each agent)
btw so many agents are said to have relationships together with the hints from voicelines and cinematics IE phoenix and jett, viper and chamber(he literally asks her out in a voiceline), kj and raze(recently confirmed), and even sage and omen
