She was my first RUclips quilting friend❤. I have loved watching all of her projects, and have made several❤. I hope when she steps away, she will come back from time to time to say hello❤
Tamara, you have done a fabulous job highlighting the key points of Jenny's life. Bless you for honouring our mentor of quilters. This was amazingly done. I'm sure they appreciate it at Missouri Star. Blessings to you as your videos bring me joy. I think you should give us your story and Angela Waters. Blessings and Happy Thanksgiving as it is here in Ontario this weekend. 🥰
I would love to hear about Heather Peterson, of Anka's Treasures, quilt and fabric designer. She's got a great line of fabric and the way she designs the fabric is so gorgeous.
This was a great video! Thank you so much for sharing all this info about one of my favorite You Tubers! I admire Jenny so much and have learned so much from watching her and her colleagues' tutorials. But, I would never have found her (or you, for that matter!) if I hadn't clicked on a tutorial for make Christmas tree napkins by Donna Jordan of Jordan Fabrics. She was my first tutorial for sewing something fun and she is the reason I kept finding more and more fun quilting projects. If you would like to feature her in this "sewlebrity" series, that would be great! -Thanks, as always, for great content. I share your excellent tutes whenever folks ask "how do I make this?" and I know yours would fit the bill perfectly.
Hi Tamara! Lovely way to honour a quilting hero! I love Linda F2526's idea of Nikki from Pin Cut Sew. A few more: Robin from RS Island Crafts, Donna Jordan from Jordan Fabrics, Brenda from Conquering Mt Scrapmore, Whitney from Whitney Sews...I have so many quilting heroes!!! Hugs from B.C.
@@TamarasJoyDIY Hi Tamara. In my house, I'm referred to as a "vidiot"!!! Always down a rabbit hole, exploring and (hopefully!) learning: sewing, painting, knitting...yikes!!! Hugs from B.C.
If you could possibly contact Nikki from Pin Cut Sew I would love to hear her story. She’s an amazing individual and loves her life and her family. Her and Jenny are my favorites!
I would love to see Kimberly Jolly from Fat Quarter Shop or Sherri McConnell from A Quilting Life and her daughter Chelsie, of Chelsie Stratton Designs.
