The funny part about this reaction was that they were being so judgemental about kangana before the video and after watching it they did a complete 180. Kangana said the truth in aap ki adalat, she has opened the Pandora's box about the dark side of Bollywood and people like these reactors starts judging instantly. Pathetic

But equality is not about paying everyone associated with the movie same amount but it depends on crowd pulling that is the reason big actors gets paid more.
But recently there are some examples such as Piku where Deepika was paid more than Amitabh and Irfan due to the same economic reason.

I know she was calling put a lot of things...I don't kniw all of them, but you guys mentioned she took a shot a Hrithik being launched by his dad...there was also the line about an actress's cleavage making the front page...that was referencing what Tines of India did to Deepika Podukone, where they published a pic of her cleavage on the front page. Deepika had fired back on Twitter about the irony of a supposedly serious news organization thinking such a thing was newsworthy. Also the line about the age differences between the actors and actresses...so.many actors -- SRK, Salman Khan, Amir Khan, etc.. -- are in their 50s, while the actresses opposite them -- Anushka Sharma, Deepika Podukone, etc... -- are in their 20s.
I think every line was a shot fired, but I'm not familiar with all the references...
About shot fired at Hrithik, it's true that he was launched by his dad but after that, it's the fans that decided Hrithik is on of their favorite actors .. So like while this music video is funny and made good points.. Let's not all hate on these other celebrities because of this song because there's a broader context for how people become popular.
