Stayed at Villages Nature back in 2019 and would highly recommend! They have a shuttle bus to the parks that goes via Val d’Europe as well. On-site facilities including the indoor water park and farm are fantastic too! Is definitely worth a visit if you love Center parcs as I believe it’s part owned by them.
You need to stay at the Davy Crockett Ranch Shawn, the theming is something like out of FrontierLand in the main area, has a large resturant and Pool, with theme nights like Marvel, Princess and Star Wars. The hotel/area it has it own little village as it were. The rooms/lodges are a wooden style static caravan but even in a basic lodge you get 5 beds (3 singles and 1 double) and living space to lounge and eat and two bathrooms. You also have a BBQ outside and decking/balcany you can use as well. I think more premium options come with Hot Tubs as well. I stayed there for Christmas 2019 and it was really good and also super easy to get to Disney Park, only about a 4-5 min drive Max!
I love the Santa fe hotel. We stayed there on our first trip to Disneyland Paris. We got the offer with our tickets included and free half board which saved us a lot of money as it covered most of our food. We stayed for 5 nights and made some great memories and it worked out very reasonably priced using our local travel agency. I would definitely recommend it especially to people on a budget as tickets transfers food and all your transportation in the park is included in your price. Always look for the special offers they are very worthwhile if you want to stay onsite
@@yashvisidhpura6111 I itinerary was pretty simple. We got up early each morning and had our buffet breakfast in the hotel, then we went into the park on the free shuttle bus. We chose from the restaurants that accepted the vouchers for our snacks and other meals but the free half board is not available now since the lockdown ,hopefully it will come back because its a great saving. We got to do every ride and see every show in the park during our days there. I would recommend going Monday to Friday rather than a weekend because the weekends get very busy and the lines for everything get long. I don't know where you come from but we travelled there from Dublin ireland by air France. January after New year is over and February are great months to go to get a resionable price and low crowds.I hope you find our experience helpful.
I have stayed at the Davy Crockett Ranch and it is fab! I recommend it for people who want to go self-catering or larger families, the pool is lovely and there is a very friendly shop :)
Just wanna put a tip out there firstly for travel, secondly for accommodation; 1. Another way to get to Disneyland is by ferry. P&O (?) cruises does (I think they still do, last time I went was 2018) a route from Dover to Calais, and you basically just park your car in the ferry, pay for the ticket, explore some of the features, such as they have a little shop, a restaurant, some cool sitting areas and you can get a great view of the ocean. The ferry normally takes like 1 and a half-2 hours to get to Calais. After that, you basically need to drive to Disneyland or your hotel by car for 4-5 hours, so I’d only advise if your car is comfortable and you’re confident driving in foreign countries. I didn’t personally enjoy and im not sure many would like the sound of that either, but I’m sure it’s more of a cheaper option (as my dad booking the stay was on the cheap side). 2. As a foreign citizen, I wouldn’t really recommend Davy crockett’s ranch. I’m not saying it’s all bad, don’t get me wrong the pool is really good, and the scenery of it is wonderful, almost gives off centre parcs feeling. HOWEVER, if you were thinking you were going to get a luxury experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying. First off, there is absolutely no shuttle service so the only good way to get to the park is 10 mins via car, which I guess is not too bad but if you aren’t confident with driving in foreign countries, I won’t recommend it. The breakfast service in my opinion is very underwhelming. There’s no buffet at any of the 2 restaurants, basically there’s a small hut down the end of the road of your cabin, and you have to pay €5-7 euros for 2 small boxes of cereal, small jars and pots of butter, Nutella, jam, 2 small bread rolls, which I’m sure you can get for better value at a french supermarket. Also the restaurant is only really open for 3 hours at lunch and 4 hours at dinner and they normally close very near to the parks closing themselves. And I personally didn’t find the dinner service food very good and there wasn’t much option, but that’s probably because I ate very late after going into the pool. You do get a kitchen in your lodge, so I’d advise if you were to stay here, there is a french supermarket which is like 5 mins drive from the accommodation and there’s a lot of food options so you can pick it up and cook it in your kitchen. If that sounds like something you wouldn’t want to do, I’d just avoid and stay at the partner hotels instead. I stayed at the dream castle partner hotel and it is much better, and I’m not sure if it’s around the same price range as Davy crocketts ranch but if it is, stay over there instead! :)
I've travelled via Lille Europe on a few occasions which was very easy, the last time I travelled direct on the Eurostar and used the express check in service which was great and saved a lot of time, we got into the park within 15 minutes of arriving. I’ve stayed in the Magic Circus Hotel which is situated beside a lake and the near by town of Magny Le Hongre which is a lovely little town and most recently I’ve stayed in Hotel Cheyenne which was wonderful.

Davy Crocket is a great option in summertime, you can have your breakfast outside on the veranda and they have barbecues in de evening at the restaurant. Also, our kids realy like the swimmingpool
Really glad you mentioned the Art of Marvel hotel. That's on my bucket list, when things hopefully return to normal. Captain Jacks is my fav restaurant in the park, as you get to eat whilst watching the ride boats pass by. If you wave 👋 at ppl, they often wave back 😆
This is so useful. My girlfriend really wants to go to Disneyland Paris and then Walt Disney world. For the shuttle buses in Disneyland Paris, are you allowed to take your luggage with you on these buses after you've got off the train or heading to the train to head home?
Hoping to go here again some day. Its definitely changed since the last time I went. Love this travel guide series they are so helpful 😊 Hope you do one for Toverland soon
I really like the Radisson Blu. Its very nice especially if you are going as a couple or if you are going in the winter. Has steam room/sauna. You can also get it at great price if you book far enough in advance. That's usually my first pick of hotels.

I'm sure you are right. The 2000 year old "city of light" called Paris is just a sideshow compared to Disneyland. Staying five days in a theme park and spending an afternoon in one of the world's greatest cities will make for a worthwhile trip. I also enjoyed your advise to spend a considerable amount of time at a local neighborhood shopping center. I'm sure your advise on trains from st. Pancreas station in London will come in helpful next time I travel from Berlin to Paris...
The hotel certainly feels very New Mexico to me with the building styles and theming around. I like the Cars additions though and it’s improved the rooms!

Paris Charles de Gualle is honestly awful... we flew to Vietnam from there and there was rude service, long lines and they put our bags on the wrong plane! But no hate, great video Shawn!
