Cpec is there hope of survival and if India were to say that it'll only take a small amount of tax on it and keep it safe. Guess who'll say yes to that?
China.
China will be able to extort that money from Pakistan under the premesis of that they conned them. Thus china doesn't lose any penny and gets a fat highway for free.
India wins because it gets to take taxes on a fat highway which it didn't invest a penny.
Pakistan loses a shitload of money because they took the money from china and have no means to repay it.
Essentially they'll have to sell that land to either India or china in order to pay china. Which is where they'll have to swallow a rather bitter pill.
It's a plan of eradicating Pakistan from the map itself.
Half of it will be taken by Afghanistan and half of it it'll have to sell to either India or china essentially becoming a puppet country or a state depending on the whim of the country that buys it .

Highly researched video and Kudos to such a holistic view of the Afghanistan situation However such a poor hypothesis at the end. If india takes away POK and assures china of no harm to its CPEC project, how do you think pakistan will not harm or react for the other half of the CPEC which goes through their central and coastal part till gwadar. China will never allow such a thing and may play offense and attack india at the end only.
Pakistan is slave of china due to debt.
@@unusualpath9735 it doesn't matter, they don't have any ethics or they don't follow any laws. Please read the bomblasts going on in CPEC projects in Pakistan killing many Chinese from last so many years. Recently also there was a bombblast killing 9 Chinese engineers.
Other half of CPEC project is in Baluchistan and the people of that region are fighting from many years for freedom from Pak. And they are friendly with India, India can easily handle them by providing economic prosperity and development of that region. This can happen, only after India gets back Pok.

The kind of confidence and firmness Amit shows to gain POK , I don't think even the GOI would have shown it since independence. Apart from the reference of POK made by Modi once in his speech , I don't think GOI ever put claim to POK as Pakistan puts to Indian administrated region of J&K.
Pakistan make comments on every small development in JNK, from petty local election to curfew to any administrative change, I never understood what had stopped India to be proactive about so many socio-political changes in POK. Right from the Pakistan's decision to make Gilgit Baltistan and so called Axad kashmir separate units, to civil unrest there, to climate change issues near Mt K2 , India's response has always been very feeble.

there is a legal clause in 1962 sakshgam valley secession to china by pak that the final situation of the area would be decided after the bilateral resolution of pok dispute by India and pak... Also, yes, India can leverage joining BRI if china accepts indian sovereignty in whole of jammu and Kashmir and other border disputes in east himalaya...afterwards giving the trans karakoram highway(cpec) and G219 road on 99 year lease to china ..plus access to kandla and kolkata port(BCIM Corridor) thus increasing trade and reducing the deficit .....Nevertheless, India and pak should finally be united (at least metaphorically).
