I used to work trains from all 3 collieries, there used to be a 350 shunting engine that brought the coal from Tillmanstone to Shepherds well station for the big engines to take away.
Wow would to go back in time to see all this working! Shame they don't open up Snowdon as an attraction, would be very good for the area 😔
Also will be looking to go to the EKLR very soon!
