I started my day stressed about all the crap going on in my life, then I hear this man’s story and those words “it’s alright” when he’s at the end of the road in a life 100x worse than mine and suddenly things get perspective. It really could be worse
I don't know if I would say this video is directly charisma related, but I absolutely loved it and would love it if you guys put out more content like this. This echo's a lot of what I've learned from listening to the podcast over the past few years and my life is dramatically better for it. I'm so grateful for you both
@@Werdxp I agree with that, this just isn't the advice you'd expect if you were asking for charisma tips. I don't know if someone who isn't familiar with this channel would make that connection or not.
I don’t comment on RUclips videos much. But I really want to come here and thank you for this incredible video. So well curated and love that you provided some links to incredibly useful wakingup clips thank you and please continue to do great work.
Every sentence kept hitting me and hitting me and kept going. This video was so needed I can't put it into words. I'll share this with everyone I know, amazing information into a 10 minute video.
Hey, Charisma on Command! I've been watching your videos for several years, and this is by far one of my favorite videos I've ever seen from you guys. Thank you for this, keep it up! 💛
How can we deal with muzlams when they come to us bully us by saying *"accept ezlame otherwise you will go to hell"* ... How can we respond to diffuse the situation?
I think the most important part of this video is thankfulness. We do not realize how lucky/blessed we are. Things can always be worse. There are other excellent points in this video, and I plan on sharing it with others, but there are always people in worse situations that can be happy just knowing that it can be worse still.
I read the story about the Chinese farmer some 10+ years ago, and simple as it is, it completely changed my life view. Basically ever since, whenever I start judging something that happens as “bad”, I just remember not to judge it because every bad thing is gonna lead to a good thing, that will lead to a bad thing, that will lead to a good thing..and so on. In short, there’s no reason to judge it as we can’t know the future. Best to just move on and see what happens
I would say that I'm a happy person in my life, I do get unhappy days too but from my experience I would give some advice: - First, having bad days/luck is okay, you can't always have a good day and that's life ! As long as you don't block on this - Second, appreciating every small moment of happiness and not looking for being super duper happy because there's small moments of life like that - Lastly, being in peace with yourself give you less stress, less envy toward others I know it may not be easy for everyone but I think it's a mindset that help in life. You only have one life, we should live it the way we want
This is one of the very best inspirational videos I have ever seen! I believe it fully encompasses why life is best when you’re grateful for what you have, and not resentful for what you don’t. Life is best lived with your glass half full instead of half empty.
I’ve never received a free trial that was a LEGIT free offer before. No CC # needed or anything. Good on ya! I’ll watch your channel religiously now because frankly it’s easier to listen to and trust what you’re saying because of the seemingly little thing.
My source of unhappiness is the fact that I'm really talented at a lot of things but in the moment I judge myself very harshly and don't appreciate what I achieved. And the fact that I waste my life being too scared to make a step forward on my own, get to know other people/a romantic partner
Thank you, I am so grateful for a teacher like you. I honestly believe your course should be taught in school. You literally just saved me from a downward spiral. I was about to lay in bed and give into it before I clicked on this video. Thank you
I’ve been watching each video of this channel since 2016, and this video was special. So helpful and exactly what I needed right now. You really went above and beyond referencing the non-sponsored app, and the RUclips channels (like invisible people). Thanks for the video
This channel is beyond powerful, I didn't know that I could still feel somehow enlightened in this life. I thought I'd never feel this way but I just did. Thank you
As for number 2,GUYS BELIEVE ME IT IS DEFINETLEY CORRECT.Ever since March 2023/earlier this year,i have been showing myself much more compassion, empathy and support, and i genuinley feel MUCH better, and much more contented/happy
This is fricking gold dude - Sometimes you just need someone to remind you of what there is right now. Another aspect is that when you live with people who mostly live by these negative traits you explained here, you probably need to get away from them to get out of the spiral.
I have experienced the rut first hand, and somehow managed to got out of it. The video explains the feeling aptly, and I don't even know that there's a scientific name for the feeling I had. I did not have a 10-minutes video last time, but I hope this would help others at least know that they are not alone, and there is a way out.
So true. I thought achieving my goals would make me happy. Finally achieving success and stability with wife,4kids. It has not. I still felt inadequate. Almost died 2years ago. Changed my attitude. Still not as happy as I would like...but everyday I try to see and appreciate what I have and be grateful. That keeps me going.
A friend used to say that if you feel yourself falling into unhappiness because of your circumstances, even dire ones, visit a pediatric burn ward and realize the waiting room is filled with people who would change places with you in a heartbeat.
I wanna mention some of the general, foundational rocks, too: - get good sleep - eat healthy - exercise You could easily add, - read books - be social - smile a bunch - use big, positive, happy body language - find a healthy stress outlet - create things (even something like sketches or Lego structures) There are tons of other tools you can use to increase happiness. Here are just a handful.
When I was a kid around ten I worked out a list of what I considered at the time to be "legitimate" reasons for unhappiness. The reasons are vague and they overlap, but this is what I came up with: You're expectations are not being met. You are not being taken into consideration. Hostile forces are thwarting your goals (as opposed to bad luck or incompetence).

Accepting death when I found out I had a disease made me the happiest I've ever been in my life. I took inventory of everything that I had and was blown away by how successful I was in life.
My big mental check on myself when I am getting in those moods...when I get water from the fridge. As I watch my glass fill with pure, crystal clear, and near ice cold water I think to myself "There are literally millions of people in the world who don't even know what it's like to be able to do this whenever they want. They likely have never had ice cold and completely pure water before. They don't even know they want this ability......"
