Hi Peggy!! I just made this recipe last night. Your dough was fabulous!! I used the 616 grams measurement for the flour from your website instead of the cups. I had active dry yeast, so I bloomed that first before mixing. I divided the dough in half to make it in a cast iron skillet and a 10x10 Lloyd’s pan. So yummy and wonderful!! Thank you so much for your recipe and instruction!!! I will make it again and again and again! ❤
I’m from Michigan, but I live in the Dominican Republic. All the pizzas are very thin crust Italian style. Thank you for this easy recipe. I’m going to try it.

I just made the dough and used a stand mixer. ( I have 2 and have to use them sometimes to justify cost LOL) I used your exact instructions and my dough is beautiful. Rising very quickly now and can't wait to make the pizza. I am sure I will use many times in the future. Thank you.
Why can’t Americans at least give weights, as well as rough cup (heaped) spoon recipes? Just followed link to “full recipe” none the wiser. Pizza and she both looked mighty fine to me

It looks like a half sheet pan, so that would be 18"x13"x1"

I use Sargento low moisture whole milk shredded mozzarella. It should be available at any supermarket.
