Had a panic attack earlier. Sometimes they just happen and I really like how you showed that here. There doesn't always need to be a reason for it to happen, it can just happen spontaneously, even when you're just walking with a friend. I like how you symbolized that.
Yeah definitely, I’ve struggling with spontaneous panic attacks since a very young age so I completely understand the feeling, and I know that a lot of people haven’t done a good job at helping me when they happen so hopefully this video can teach others how to handle these things OR make them feel heard and understood

usually when i have panic attacks i go temporarily non-verbal so charlie making talk really helped because she was so sweet about it and tried calming me down before making me speak

Because,the morning i saw this upload,i was violently vomiting from some spoiled food,and while this ASMR is of a completely different theme,it was nonetheless comforting to hear this after my vicious bout of food poisoning
