Glenda Jackson won the BAFTA. So deserved, but I think that the beautiful Jodie and the gorgeous Suranne and the lovely and wonderfull Samantha would be absolutely overjoyed that a fantastic Actress that is Glenda Jackson got the Award. Four Actresses that are the best of their occupation.

They’ve all won BAFTAs before and it’s Glenda Jackson so yeah, I’d agree that they probably didn’t care.

I've said it before many times but I can't help but love Jodie, and I don't know if she realizes she does this but that thing she does where she hums after a sentence and nods her head in agreement with something, I just find such a cute quirk 😌. Killing Eve is still amazing and I must have watched her talking heads monologue over 30 times lol . And just for the record, I know it's quite old news now but anyone who has been spreading hate about her should be more than ashamed of themselves, she hasn't done or said anything offensive to anyone to my knowledge so I just don't know how anyone can stay mad at her. Would love to meet her even though I'd probably just go completely blank and not know what to say. Love you Jodie 🙂 well done to Stephen as well for helping inspire her towards the career she's having , loved that banter they had at the end too, bet Stephen just did that to wind her up haha. both legends🙂

A Wool or to use the full term a "wooly-back" is someone who speaks with a Lancashire accent (including people from Greater Manchester). People in Knowsley, Sefton, The Wirral, parts of Skelmersdale and Runcorn all have Scouse accents due to the population being moved out of bomb damaged Liverpool during the 50's, 60's and 70's. The term comes from the olden days when Liverpool dockers unloaded cotton bails on their backs. Lancashire folk being or sounding rural were naturally assumed to be sheep-shaggers. I believe there is some debate among Merseysiders about whether you are a proper Scouse if you weren't actually born within the Liverpool city boundary. Hence the reference to the colour of bins. Knowsley, the birth place of Steven Gerrard has a different coloured bin and therefore for some he's not Scouse. It's just banter, but I would say that as I was born in Two-Dogs-Fightin'.
I'm from the wirral, but when I'm somewhere else in the UK or the world, I always just say I'm from Liverpool because it's easier, back home I accept that I'm a wool though even if it does sting haha
I'm from "two dogs fightin" (Huyton) as well, which is Knowsley so no purple bins but there is no way you can say that Steven Gerrard and Peter Reid are Wools, and neither am I.
@@bimble7240 I'm originally Huyton but to me a Wool has always been the Wirral, St.Helens and Skem. Mind you I moved across the Irish sea to the Isle of Man as a nipper so maybe I'm a Super-Wool now! or perhaps a Kipper.
@@patkelly8309 I always regarded Wools as being anything Prescot and beyond, so Widnes, St. Helens (definitely) Warrington, Wigan and the whole of Lancashire/Greater Manchester.

That interviewer is awful. But Stephen Graham is absolutely phenomenal. He's so underrated. He is ability to convey such complexity and intensity with passion is extremely compelling. The most natural actor.
