When me and my dad watch an episode of Inside the Factory. We play a game when he's flabbergasted by the number of....... Corn kernels a popcorn factory processes in a day. We both say in unison "HOW MAAAAAAANY!!!???!" in our best Gregg Wallace/barrow boy accents.

What no one mentions about the Gregg Wallace interview that i loved was the times he has those meals- it's something like 10:30 he has breakfast at the Harvester with his PA, then 12 o'clock he has a full sit down lunch. I don't remember the exact times, but there's maybe an hour between finishing one and starting the other
To be honest I'm not sure how he can get investors big enough. Especially considering he lost the Twitter investors $20bn or more and saddled them with stocks they can't get rid of.
You'd be insane to give him your money at this point.
The investors knew what they were getting in for. They were all of the opinion that the purchase of twitter was for 'free speech' purposes. Not for personal gains. Whether we agree or not with that sentiment, they knew this investment would take YEARS before making any sort of money from the investment🙂

I love The Dog House, I watch the clips on the Channel 4 RUclips channel (since I am in Canada). It is so heartwarming to watch, I could never be on it if I was in the UK because I would want to take home all the dogs.

Greggg Wallace may well have been nice whilst on HoG, but have to say having met him professionally he's an absolute arse. We employed him for an event for our food factory, and he was a nightmare.

gregg wallace (allegedly) told his wife he didn't want anymore children but she did, so he did, and ends up with a non verbal autistic child. Whatever he needs to do to cope with that, is his business. Good on him for sticking by.

I would like people to not say Gina Carano was fired, she wasn’t. As a contracted free agent (like most actors in US TV), she was contract for those first two seasons and they choose not to renew it for a third. She wasn’t fired, her contract just wasn’t renewed.

We’ve heard tons of stories about actors finding out they got or lost a job from a studio’s post on social media or something in entertainment news. It’s not pleasant, but it’s how these execs do things. And to be fair, she did a moronic thing, she should expect consequences to those actions.

That is not what Gina tweeted. She was pointing out that just for the political views and religion jews were beaten by neighbours, ie non jews. However Pedro Pascal post on instagram directly compared trump supporters to nazis. Little bit more research into this would have been helpful. Kind of justified her view point.

It would be fun though if Musk bought Disney, and turned everything right. Started making high budget daily wire movies and Kirk Cameron Christian movies and completely tank the company faster then he did Twitter. What a show that would be

I do enjoy this series, but you're way off beam regarding the Disney kerfuffle. As the pendulum starts to swing back (hard) in response to the degeneracy we witness every day, it's going to be interesting how entertainment industry commentators i) interpret the swing, and ii) will be regarded by an increasingly nationalist audience.
Disney have flop after flop. No fan of Gina carano but this is bizarre behaviour of the company with struggle sessions for transgressors before sacking them and releasing information to end the carer.
Musk coming in and de-woking Disney would be great, we could have the Star Wars that people love back...
But as you say it won't happen and Disney will just gradually go broke while trashing our childhood memories.

Not surprising that these two are sneering about Musk - Osman and Hyde are exactly the mindset of the current Disney executives who have systematically ruined their own films and are reaping the consequences. As a “liberal” Hyde glibly dismisses the fact that a woman has been summarily dismissed for having the temerity to express an opinion. Plenty of other Disney actors express opinions on social media but as they have been left wing none of them have been sacked. But obviously Hyde and Osman glibly gloss over inconvenient facts

You heard that she complained about being treated as badly as the Jews in Nazi Germany? That's not an opinion, that's being unbelievably dumb and causing hurt to a huge number of people. Like it or not, every actor has a clause in their contract that they can't say that kind of thing as it draws negative attention on the show and the maker. If she doesn't like that, don't sign, don't be in the show, that's pretty much in line with rightwing thinking.
@@cantgoslow she expressed an opinion clumsily. In actual fact the original post had minimal repercussions for Disney. Meanwhile others on the Disney payroll happily posting this and that. So you are correct that Disney have used the clause in the contract selectively. Of course it will all come out in the Court case and the disclosure of documents will be interesting
You're forgetting, or not being bothered to be informed, that she wasn't actually fired. Her contract was just not renewed. They are very different things, legally. Both end up with someone not working, but it does not make them equal. Plus, there's the whole 'actions have consequences' thing. The US has 'freedom of speech' but that's doesn't mean you can say anything you want. Hate speech is banned, for example. Also, the first amendment stops the US government from prosecuting citizens for things they say (we can say any politician is a jerk and not be jailed for it). The constitution does NOT protect against private entities handing out consequences. Plenty of people have lost their jobs for things they've written on social media because it could reflect poorly on their employer and/or violates clauses in their contracts.
It would be the biggest win for us viwers if musk could buy off Disney from the extremist woke franchise who has been killing every nostalgic beloved films in it's path
