Great point on there being no benefit in kind tax to the individual for electric cars (currently). For those already operating a LTD Co. this is a great incentive to go electric. For those not interested in electric, just fully expense your non-electric car to an LLP… each partner is entitled to one fully expensed vehicle without limits on type.
I take the view that all who use the road should pay tax. There is enough incentives to go electric anyway, and those who can afford to do so can easier shoulder the extra burden of paying tax.
I enjoyed that Samuel - it's nice to see a video where you got a genuine reaction of someone driving a car for the first time - that's the fun part. I've got exactly the same spec car on order for Feb next year (I went for blue, no idea why) and this has made me look forward to getting it even more. Stay happy, you guys are alright.
@@rje613 No I'd never buy a Tesla, but I've worked on a lot of them and they're cheap af in comparison to this beauty. I do plan to get an electric car one day but not anytime soon
@@RuneMamba I misread your comment, I thought you said “my Tesla”. I plan on getting an electric car at some point too. There’s no way in hell I can afford it right now though.
As a Tesla owner I welcome you guys to the EV world haha but hey, why didn’t you guys wait just a couple of months for the EQS? It starts at around the same price range as you guys paid for that car actually cheaper. It starts at around 120k I think and u guys paid what? 140k for your EQC?. The eqs is much more futuristic but the EQS a bit more kid friendly in my opinion but check it out! Congrats on your new car!!
Sam check out changli electric car, cheapest electric car in the world not much use for long commutes but I'm thinking a package deal to a large company with grounds or staff or maybe even as a uber eats vehicle somthing along them lines, based of your advice it's a field I've been in for years so I understand cars and everything that goes with them (my ultimate goal is property but I'm looking for ways to raise founds in the meantime) love the new ride by the way buddy looking real fresh 👌
You certainly can lease any vehicle through your limited company, however you will be liable for benefit in kind taxation, as the individual who will be benefiting from use of the vehicle outside of business use. Electric vehicles currently do not incur this tax.

it's definitely easier to find good partners for LLP...

Electric cars by law have to make a "humming" sound under a certain mph but because this cabin is so well isolated you can't hear it inside the car.
This is way better than any Tesla, congrats to your wife.
You have a tesla? You lucky bastard...

Yeah he can’t keep up with his own lies
A 100k range rover and he can't remember if he bought it cash, lease or pcp clever!
There’s a video where he says he just bought it out right..
@@jordanbrown.5989 that’s what I was referring too lol, is this a contradiction in this video? Can’t be that Samuel doesn’t know lol

Currently looking at Merseyside as salary sacrifice, was it 800 a month , think they advertise it as 1200
What is the electric car scheme called? We have a Ltd but I accountant hasn't mentioned this.

You should have waited for the Nissan Ariya, but you have a big family, so forget my comment.
Nice, I'd still prefer the Jag Ipace, but then I've never been in a Merc EV.
Congratulations samu
don't show your license plate on your car. People can find your address and personal details. Please stay safe.
Congratulations 👏🏾
Lol driving for a few minutes and didn’t see the head up display!

Can you just lease a normal car as a business lease? Then it’s an expense?

Why didn’t you buy a Tesla?

I doubt you'll understand this, but by promoting the use of electric cars, you are planting the seeds of your own financial demise.
Range Rover looks better
You should get the cyber truck 😂
literally a tax vehicle lol.
Too luod and noisy
