Ok please help, I have a friend who owns a house no mortgage. Going to do holiday let’s from it. Owns it in personal name. How can he save money on tax or transfer to ltd company as he wants to save all the income and buy another?

Quick question I’m considering starting a rent to rent business to establish some experience generate cash flow and build capital... but I wonder once you’ve opened a rent to rent company an offer your services out as a property management service.. how do you then source the actually managing of the property out to another firm? And is this a legitimate way of business ?
I first up as a structure had a holding company and also an investment company and was told the holding company could hold the profits to use for all the subsidiary companies to give them money as and when but when I went to lenders it was a nightmare and wouldn’t lend to a company owned by another company. How do I deal with this ?
Is the training cost only tax deductible if you have your btl's in a ltd company? Or can I still claim them back just having btl's in my personal name?
Give the video a chance before judging it, it’s honestly one of the most valuable videos I’ve watched in a very long time. Generally the richest people pay the most tax, they may cleverly minimise their tax bill as much as they can but they don’t evade and if they did that would be criminal.
