Thanks for your comment Ellen! At time stamp 3:30 in the video, you'll see me touch the key to lower the feed dogs. Not sure what machine you have, but I'm working on the Stellaire machine here and it is like the Dream machine. The key to lower the feed dogs is in the upper right hand corner of the screen, just below the Home symbol. It looks a little like a U shape with a pigtail attached to it. Touch that and the fed dogs will go down. Let me know if I can help further. Happy sewing!
