Lived the video. I do thread painting and have a Babylock machine - an expensive one - but not quite the one she uses. I do more free motion quilting rather than using the decorative stitches and stretching them out. I would surely like to know what kind of stabilizer she used and what kind of batting. Thank you for posting the video! Love babylock machines!
@@stevienicholson872 What's sad is you accept sub standard teachers. Nancy's show got so bad the last ten years, she was scraping the bottom of the barrel with some of the amateurs she featured on her show that didn't know correct terms to teach new sewers. You don't go on national television not knowing what you're talking about. Nancy's show was better when it was just her, the guests were atrocious!
@@mm_xx8827 Wow, so there _was_ a more hidden rant behind your initial mispronunciation critique then (as I'd suspected). But... here you are... _still watching,_ beyond those final ten years she'd had? It probably would have been more helpful to her though, if you'd let her know all of that during those final ten years --- _before she'd passed away_ 7 years ago? I'm sure many of us will be looking forward to seeing _your own_ show and productions sometime soon.
@@pmb6667 Not watching, passing by the channel to see how disappointing it was that day. About as disappointing as being psycho analyzed by a dipstick like you.
Nancy lives!
Great project with built in machine stitches.
That's a great tutorial! I really like the idea of using decorative stitches to thread paint.
I have Karen's book, I think maybe two of them, but makes more sense when seeing it done. So glad that we still have Nancy with us via these videos.
This is a great tutorial!

Exquisite.

Sad that a sewing author and self proclaimed expert doesn't know it's called a PRESSER foot, not pressure foot.
So sad that all you got out of this was a mispronunciation😢
