    I use Frothe as a pretreat before ONR/Absolute etc. Lay it down, hit it with the wet sponge from the bucket. Helps the sponge glide over the paint. This only works with the polymer style rinseless in the bucket, otherwise it turns in to a foamy mess. Favorite combo so far.

    • @Ecdetails
      @Ecdetails  26 дней назад +2

      Ya Imma try that in the future by itself Frothe does well in the winner 1 gallon of distill mix it full send, this way nah hard pass haha

    • @OutFr0mUndr
      @OutFr0mUndr 26 дней назад

      @@Ecdetails Can't wait for your opinion on it! I'll even mix it at like 1/2 or 1/4 strength from what the instructions say since it's so dang expensive. Really just have it there to help lift a little bit of dirt and help the sponge glide across the paint. The polymers in the bucket still pull the dirt off the sponge and zap all the foam. Tried it once with Owners Pride in the bucket and it was suds on suds on suds LOL

    I use Frothe in conjunction with P&S Absolute when vehicles are extra dirty. I’ll pre rinse, lay down some Absolute on the surface, throw a little Frothe over the top of that, then rinseless wash with Absolute. Massive amounts of lubrication and dirt gets suspended in the foam instead of just accumulating in the towel

    • @Ecdetails

I've been considering P&S Rehab to tackle this car seeing all the great results since it dropped at TRCMA. Much like the car you worked on I would prefer to keep it limited to a one step because of how well maintained the car is and not daily driven. I forgot but is this product trim safe? Frothe and foam are almost identical theres no point on doing pre and contact separate just pic one. As u have experience im sure. If u really wanna get a great wash i highly recommend learning a lot about PH levels, dilution ratio and etc as it will be handy with a lot of things specially in detailing and cleaning. It will separate u from most channel that have no idea but they think they and talks about washing cars/detailing and etc. If i may suggest on ur free time 1:10 distilled vinegar and water mix as ur pre soak (make sure it does not dry) then followed up by 1:10 dawn dish soap as ur contact wash this is a good baseline and u can adjust accordingly and ill bet this wash over any wash u have tried base on price, cleaning power and drying time lol! without damaging the surface (per done as adviced) . This is just an exercise on what PH does, can do and why its important but not much talked about and very few are able to explain it.

    • @Ecdetails
      @Ecdetails  26 дней назад

      I did this video cause some in chat suggested it , I personally would only use frothe in the winter but not like this, and compared to some I have to see where frothe falls in terms cleaning etc.
      You said vingear and dawn, seems like it would hurt your paint doing it that way. Whats the PH OF vingear when mixed with water?

    • @1kontrabida
      @1kontrabida 26 дней назад

      @@Ecdetails As they say u wont know till u try lol…this will break the myth that Dawn as a car wash, Dawn has a ph of 9 also they updated their formula 2022 iirc. Distilled vinegar just mix it with 1 part vinegar and 9 part water on a spray bottle let it sit for 2 miniutes then rinse well. If u want a faster drying time Use dawn first then Distilled vinegar then rinse thoroughly. Simple and lets see how it stacks up against others after u try it lol. btw disclaimer i use different type of soap (right now im in the Armor echo system) and love them as well, this method is a good exercise for people who wants to learn and be better in their detailing. Btw the second batch of cerakote is performing well not sure if tried the second yet

      It comes with time, and building a reputation. Just learn your stuff, do good work on everything that comes in, and always take before/after shots for marketing. Make sure you aren't charging too low for your work. People with cars like this are willing to spend to keep them nice. For the most part, if you're charging too low, it shows that you don't value your work, and therefore may be a sign that you won't do their car right. But, the biggest part is building your reputation. take on the older cheaper cars, and give them the treatment that you would a 'vette, lambo, or ferrari. word will get around.
